Channel Scan function
In channel mode, the user can specify the scan start channel number and the scan end channel number. When scanning starts, the scan proceeds automatically as the channel number starts, the scan proceeds automatically as the channel number increments. In this mode, only the one switch corresponding to the channel number closes.
  • Skip function
If skip is set for a channel, that channel is skipped when the scan is executed. Skip can be specified not only for individual channel numbers, but also for a continuous series of channel numbers from a skip start to a skip end channel number, making it possible to skip an entire group of channels.
  • Step interval
The interval between successive channel switching operations is specified by setting the step interval. This can be specified in ms, s, min, or hour units.
  • Scan interval/number of repetitions

The cycle period with which a series of scanning operations is executed from the start channel through the end channel can be specified in ms, s, min, or hour units. The number of repetitions can also be specified from 1 to 99 times. If the number of repetitions is set to '0', scanning repeats until stopped by pressing the STOP key.

  • Pair
In CHANNEL mode, this function lets you scan any pair of the same type cards simultaneously. This makes it easy to carry multiple identical tests with high efficiency.
Programmed scan function
(program mode: PRGM)
Program mode lets you define steps from 0 to 99, specifying which relays to open/close for each, after which running the program will execute those steps in sequence. Up to 50 open/close actions can be specified in each step. Moreover, since you can specify a scan start step and scan end step, the 100 steps can be divided among multiple programs. To select which to run, the user need only specify the start and end steps.
  • Skip function
Skip can be performed with step numbers assigned randomly, or by specifying skip start and end steps.
  • Step interval
The step interval can be used to specify the interval between step switches.
Program mode (operating time: 20 ms; return time: 20 ms)
  • Scan interval/number of repetitions
The cycle period with which a series of scanning operations is executed from the start channel through the end channel can be specified in ms, s, min, or hour units. The number of repetitions can also be specified from 1 to 99 times. If the number of repetitions is set to '0', scanning repeats until stopped by pressing the STOP key.
  • Direct access
Direct access lets you turn any channel ON or OFF directly, independent of the sequence operation. Since this can be achieved from either local or remote control, this is very convenient for purposes such as checking system operation.
IC memory card
The channel mode and program mode setup parameters can be saved to an IC memory card and reloaded again whenever needed.
