The 7560 (6-1/2 digit display) Series is a high-accuracy, high-speed sampling bench-top digital multimeter lineup using a YOKOGAWA-original A/D converter (feedback pulse width modulation method), which features excellent stability, high noise immunity and linearity. In addition to the basic features, an optional IC memory card capable of storing 8,000 data, GP-IB interface and versatile measurement functions allow these multimeters to be used in diverse fields of applications, from bench to system uses.
