This group of documents states the basic management policies and guidelines that apply to the Yokogawa Group companies around the world. Six of the forty-four policies establish quality management systems in the group companies, including Yokogawa Corporation of America.
The aim of this standard is to enhance quality management throughout the entire global group and Yokogawa Corporation of America is participating in this effort to improve the quality of products and services that are delivered to our customers. A target is established for quality objectives at the beginning of each fiscal year. Progress is measured at the mid point of the year and again at the end of the year, when overall quality improvement planning begins for a new year of continuous quality improvement.
