The DPharp EJA Series incorporates our high accuracy resonating pressure (HARP) silicon sensor, a field-proven Yokogawa technology that offers ultra-high performance. The transmitter’s compact and light-weight design has been achieved without compromising performance or service life. The digital sensor provides repeatability and stability that is superior to analog sensor designs and is virtually immune to the effects of vibration, temperature static pressure, and overpressure events.
The DPharp Digital family provides 100:1 turndown, +/-0.075% accuracy and +/-0.1% stability and guarantees 5 years between calibrations. Yokogawa’s unique transmitter construction produces the first hysteresis free capsule design offering superior overpressure protection. An optional alternating (programmable) LCD display with an external range default switch allows transmitter calibration without the use of a handheld terminal or programmer. Standard software advancements include low flow customizing, bi-directional flow and electronic reverse piping for flow measurement. Auto level set-up completely eliminates the need for calculations of piping, specific gravity, elevation or suppression in liquid level or remote seal installations
Standard material for flow, differential and gauge pressure transmitters include Hastelloy C-276 process isolation diaphragms, stainless steel process flanges, bolting and hardware. DPharp’s “multivariate-based” construction incorporates event memory for improved transmitter health monitoring and advanced diagnostic capabilities. DPharp models are available with BRAIN, HART or Foundation Fieldbus protocols. Models are available with an integral orifice assembly, flush or extended flange diaphragms and a complete offering of remote extended diaphragm seal configurations.
With 24-hour delivery, digital communications and a digital sensor- this is the transmitter which, both now and in the future, will save you money by dramatically reducing downtime in your critical process.
