Yokogawa presents you with the opportunity to get a full function operator training simulator into your plant at a very resonable price. We have several "basic" processes to choose from, plus any OTS can be expanded to reflect your current process on a control drawing by control drawing basis. Each basic OTS has ~50 tags and loops (dependinf upon the process you select) that are the foundation for the processes your operators will be learning to control.

How quickly you want to expand your OTS is totally up to you!

• Start small and build the OTS towards your plant's needs as your budget allows
• Add your project in with the most critical process first
• Reduce "new technology shock"

Each basic OTS setup comes with a pre-loaded Centum VP or CS3000 system and a basic process plus the OTS instructor station to simulate the process dynamics.

• The OTS also has predefined "problem buttons" your instructor selects to create process simulations for the operator.
• You can select a level of "process noise" for realistic simulations and loop responses.

Operator Certification and Benchmarking

You now have the ability to create certification and benchmarking programs for your operations personnel. This allows you to test new operators and re-certify existing personnel.
