Payment Options The fax form and the online Yokogawa Store will accept payments through Visa, Master Card or American Express. Conference Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing (email acceptable) before March 21, 2008. After March 3, you may transfer your registration for an administration fee of $100. Please email: kari.mitchell@us.yokogawa.com.
Cancellation Policy for ISA Courses ISA reserves the right to cancel any instructor-led training course. In the event of a course cancellation, registrants will be notified no later than ten days prior to the scheduled course date. If registering less than ten days prior to the course, it is recommended that you contact ISA to check on the course status prior to making any travel arrangements. ISA is not responsible for any student airline or related scheduling expenses incurred prior to a course cancellation decision.
