Set up and tear down
Exhibitors may begin moving in and setting up their displays in the InterContinental Hotel Legends Ballroom, first floor, Monday, May 18 from 1 to 5pm. Kay Campbell will be onsite to assist you with your requirements. Tear down begins on Thursday, May 21 after the event closes at 3pm.
