Temperature - Does Yokogawa offer a DIN rail mount temperature transmitter?

Yokogawa offers two different DIN rail mount temperature transmitters.

YTA70P

The YTA70P is a blade-style panel-mount temperature transmitter that accepts thermocouples, RTDs, ohms, or DC millivolts input and converts it to a 4 to 20 mA DC signal for transmission. The YTA70P conforms to the standard DIN rail mounting. The YTA70P supports HART® 7 communication protocol.

YTA70

The YTA70 is a head mount type of temperature transmitter that accepts thermocouple, RTD, ohms, or DC millivolts input and converts it to a 4 to 20 mA DC signal for transmission. The YTA70 conforms to the standard DIN form B head mounting. The YTA70 supports HART® 5 or 7 communication protocol.

An adapter kit, sold separately, is required to mount this transmitter to a DIN rail.

  • YTA70

Like the YTA50, the YTA70 is a 2-wire analog temperature transmitter that outputs a simple 4 to 20 mA output that corresponds to the temperature measured. However, it adds HART 5 (Code -E) or selectable HART 5/HART 7 (Code -J) digital communication.
