The model FLXA21® two-wire analyzer is used for continuous on-line measurements in industrial installations. It offers an option for single or dual sensor measurement, making it the most flexible 2-wire analyzer available. Dissolved oxygen measurements in the parts per billion range are critical in, but not limited to power generating plants. Maintaining a low level of dissolved oxygen in boiler feedwater assures that corrosion of certain components is minimized. A reliable measurement of ppb dissolved oxygen helps to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

The rugged design of the OXYFERM's membrane is stable, fast to respond, has low flow dependance, and withstands numerous sterilizations.

On-line measurements often present extra challenges, especially when routine maintenance is required. The PR10 is ideally suitable for applications where the sensors must be removed without interrupting or shutting down the process. Without any special tools the PR10 can be retracted safely from the process at pressures up to 5 bar (72 psi). Using the PR10 allows us to place any dissolved oxygen sensor that has a PG13.5 connenction into a retractable assembly.

The DO30G sensor for dissolved oxygen is designed for use in water treatment plants such as sewage treatment works, effluent activated sludge process, and potable water treatment. It is also effective in river monitoring, intake protection, fish farming, and other fields where water quality is important.

The PB30 floating ball holder for the DO30 features a design which minimizes fouling by the process. The FD30 PVC immersion fitting is designed for installing the DO30 sensor in tanks, open vessels and drains.
