XS550 Wireless Temperature Monitoring Module

Designed to withstand even the harshest of environments, this waterproof, dustproof, and explosion-proof WiFi temperature transmitter is ready to go where you need it most. It can quickly and reliably communicate across distances of up to 6 miles/10 km, conveniently connecting users via a simple and intuitive smartphone Near Field Communication (NFC) interface, and its streamlined design simplifies maintenance, allowing users to easily replace the long-lasting battery without removing the measurement module from the piping.

The XS550 in combination with the XS110A can be installed in Zone 1 areas, such as petrochemical plants, paint plants, steel plants, where flammable gas or vapor may exist.

Long-Distance Communication

LoRaWAN has excellent sensitivity reception, good radio interference resistance, and offers a communication distance of six miles (10 km) or more in ideal conditions. This sensor can be installed anywhere need - over a vast area.

Modular Design

The design simplifies maintenance. Easily replaces the battery without removing the XS550 Temperature Measurement Module from the piping.

Excellent Environmental Resistance and Battery Powered

The XS110A supplies power to the XS550 via a built-in replaceable battery that can last up to 10 years. This waterproof, dust-proof, and explosion-proof wireless pressure monitor can operate in harsh environments can be installed anywhere in a plant (no power cables required).

Configure and Monitoring Sensor Status from a Smartphone

Using an Android-based smartphone with a Near Field Communication (NFC) interface makes the configuration and status monitoring of sensors simple and intuitive.

A wireless temp sensor works within a wireless temperature monitoring system to measure the surrounding temperature and periodically transmit the results wirelessly.
