Free Plant Analysis

Free Plant Analysis is a no-charge primary service that allows clients in the oil refining and petrochemical industries to clarify their goals and estimate the potential benefits that can be achieved.

"Profit Finder" is an easy-to-use tool for Free Plant Analysis.

When a client completes a questionnaire, the client will obtain two different analysis reports.

Questionnaire

The questionnaire is divided into five parts in which most of the responses can be selected from a limited number of choices, allowing a client to complete it quickly. The parts are as follows:

1. Basic plant information (e.g. throughput, process units/facilities, control system)

2. Production management (e.g. IT infrastructure, applications, data communication)

3. Process control (e.g. advanced process control)

4. Production environment (e.g. number and allocation of control rooms)

5. Product movement (e.g. automation level of tank farm)

Production Effectiveness Analysis Report

This report indicates the modernization level (A, B, or C) based on Yokogawa benchmarks in four business areas and twelve sub-categories.
