Free Plant Analysis is a no-charge primary service that allows clients in the oil refining and petrochemical industries to clarify their goals and estimate the potential benefits that can be achieved. When a client completes a questionnaire, the client will obtain two different analysis reports.

Comparative Effectiveness Analysis provides periodical benchmarking reports that enable customers to compare the performance of their industrial automation (IA) infrastructure with their own peers within the industry and with other plants in their own group of companies. This service supports continuous improvement programs by identifying key areas where improvements need to be made to remain competitive.
Improvement Leader Development Program (ILDP)
The ILDP is a training program for the process industries that develops leaders who will engage in continuous improvement activities. Yokogawa has based the program on its experience helping its customers achieve improvements as an automation and solution partner. A key element of the ILDP is virtual on-the-job training using a dynamic process simulator and process control system that allows users to observe the impact of various improvement activities. The ILDP also features courses on the following three subjects that are key to achieving continuous improvements: safety, assets, and production.
