1. Are calibration certificates and test reports provided with the products at a time of shipment ?

No. These are optionally available upon requests.

2. How is the contents of calibration certificates ?

	The following Type A through Type D are available
	Samples are attached

	TypeＢ　：　　　・Self-declaration of Traceability to National Standards - Sample 1 　・Traceability System within the Company - Sample 2
	TypeＣ　：　　　・Self-declaration of Traceability to National Standards - Sample 1 　・Primary Standards List Relating to Delivered Products - Sample 3

3. How is the contents of test reports ?

	Following two (2) kinds are available depending on the usage,
	Test Certificate and Test Report.

	（1）Test Certificate
	Actual test results are fulfilled in the column and it is issued
	with the signature.
	Sample is attached

	（2）Test Report
	Although the descriptions are similar to those of Test Certificate,
	the test results are also given and it is issued with the signature.
