Next-generation Driver Test System with 2.52 Gbps High-speed Pin Electronics

The high-speed technologies used in high-end test systems are implemented in this FPD driver test system.The ST6731 tests LCD drivers for 3DTV and drivers for smart phones with high-speed interfaces to handle increasing arrays of functions, at a reasonable price.

• Equipped with a Newly Developed High-speed Digital Pin Card
  The ST6731 achieves a data rate of 2.52 Gbps and can generate up to 50 mVpp voltage range. The I/O pin electronics allow the testing of output pins.
• Reduction of Investment Cost by Upgrade from the Existing ST6730 Model
  Upgrading from ST6730 to ST6731 is possible, while the main unit, LCD card, DC module and even the probe card can be used as they are. Because systems can be upgraded in their installed state (as is), the transportation cost and related costs are eliminated.
• User Customize Board (UCB)
  An area is available in the test head for the mounting of external testing devices. Display drivers now integrate a wide range of functions, thanks to the remarkable advancements in recent years. In order to augment the measurement of such functions, UCB allows the incorporation of user-designed circuits. UCB is easily detachable, and changeover is smooth.
• LCD Per-pin Digitizer and Comparator The 18-bit resolution digitizer allows high-precision
  The 18-bit resolution digitizer allows high-precision measurement tests of high-resolution source drivers. Gray-scale tests can be performed at short times with the Array Unit.
• Visual User Interface AViPS®
  Highly sophisticated AViPS® for more effective test program development, debugging, and analysis.
• Lower power consumption and small footprint
  The ST6731 achieves the same low power consumption and small footprint as the existing ST6730 model. Even though it's a high-speed test system, it minimizes power consumption and realizes an air-cooling structure.
