FLXA21 Modular 2-Wire Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer

The FLXA21 two-wire liquid analyzer offers single or dual sensor measurement. The modular-designed analyzer offers 4 kinds of measurements – pH/ORP (oxidation-reduction potential), contacting conductivity (SC), inductive conductivity (ISC) or dissolved oxygen (DO) – with the respective sensor module.

The FLXA21 Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer is a process analyzer with advanced functions and high reliability and requires less maintenance, so it is suitable for installation in the field and can even be used under harsh environments.
Not only a galvanic sensor but also a polarographic sensor can be used. It can display the dissolved oxygen concentration in units of mg/l, ppm, and percent saturation (%sat), and can make corrections for air pressure that changes with the altitude, etc., for the change in salt content of water, and for the change in temperature.

For the wide range of industrial environment, the FLXA21 Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer is designed with the enclosure of plastic, stainless steel or stainless steel with corrosion resistant coating.

Specifications

Input specifications Input range is 0 to 50 μA for Galvanic sensors and 0 to 1 μA for polaro-graphic sensors. For temperature compensation the DO202 accepts Pt1000 (DO30G) and 22k NTC elements (OXYFERM and OXYGOLD sensors).

Calibration Semi-automatic one or two point calibration in air or in water using solubility tables of ISO 5814. The influence of pressure and salinity is taken into account when these specifications are entered. Also a two point manual calibration is possible.
Transmission Signals One output of 4 to 20 mA DC, Burn up (22 mA) or Burndwon (3.6 mA) to signal failure.
