QHSE (Quality Health & Safety and Environment) Management

Purpose:

Business Context:
Many Yokogawa products and solutions are applied in manufacturing and production processes in a range of industries (e.g. (petro) chemicals, oil and gas, power, pharmaceuticals and foods). 

Quality:
By working with our clients in providing solutions that improve the efficiency of their processes and minimize their waste and energy usage we contribute to the development of a sustainable society.
Yokogawa will not compromise our quality performance. We will operate, optimize, and maintain our ISO-9001-based quality management system (YMS) and review the performance of the YMS at regular intervals to achieve continual improvement.

Health and Safety:
For Yokogawa, our and our customers’ employees’ health and safety is the number one priority. 
We have established our health and safety systems in alignment with the environment that we are operating in and are determined to continually improve them.

Environment:
Yokogawa Europe will conduct its business in such a way as to prevent pollution, minimize the adverse impact on the environment, continually improve its performance against targets associated with environmental aspects, and comply with all applicable environmental legislation and regulations.

Information Security:
For Yokogawa, the security of our information and our customers’ information is deemed very important.
The information is protected, to prevent damage or loss of information, information systems, and damage to Yokogawa and its customer’s public image. Yokogawa has established information security procedures in alignment with the context it is operating and will continually improve them.

ln our Code of Conduct we have described what we agree and understand as correct ethical and business behavior. Our Code of Conduct is based upon Trust, Respect, and Compliance.
