Diese Truhen lagern lebenswichtige Biologika bei Temperaturen bis zu -80\u00b0C. Yokogawa entwickelte f\u00fcr Vetter ein KI-gest\u00fctztes \u00dcberwachungs- und Diagnosesystem, das St\u00f6rungen fr\u00fchzeitig erkennt, noch bevor die kritischen Alarmgrenzen erreicht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Projekt begann mit einer systematischen Analyse von historischen Temperaturdaten, um Temperaturanomalien zu identifizieren, die auf bevorstehende St\u00f6rungen hindeuten k\u00f6nnten. Dieser innovative Ansatz erm\u00f6glichte es, kritische Situationen fr\u00fcher zu erkennen und so den wertvollen Inhalt der Truhen zu sch\u00fctzen. Seit der Inbetriebnahme des Systems im Dezember 2020 konnte Vetter die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit ihrer Truhen deutlich steigern. Matej Dragonja, Projektleiter bei Vetter, best\u00e4tigte die Wirksamkeit des Systems: \u201eIn einem Zeitraum von zwei Wochen liefert das System von allen angeschlossenen Truhen typischerweise vier Alarme, von denen zwei kritisch sind.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die ganze Story?
