Gleichzeitig hei\u00dft es an anderer Stelle, PAT war schon immer kompliziert. Stimmt. Allerdings war PAT auch schon immer eine Schl\u00fcsseltechnologie, denn viele prozessrelevante Gr\u00f6\u00dfen in der chemischen Industrie sind nicht leicht zu messen. Erst recht nicht kontinuierlich. Oder gar in-line.<\/p>\n<h3>Ganzes Video ansehen!<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Richtig messen und pr\u00e4zise regeln<\/h3>\n<p>Dennoch ist die Kenntnis der Messgr\u00f6\u00dfen entscheidend. Fortlaufende Messungen und damit die M\u00f6glichkeit, dem Prozess \u201ezuzuschauen\u201c sind Voraussetzung, um regelnd eingreifen zu k\u00f6nnen. Wenn die Regelung aufgrund von schnellen und richtigen Messungen pr\u00e4zise erfolgt, steckt in ihr ein immens hoher Nutzen. Im Feld der PAT sind Innovationen daf\u00fcr die Mittel der Wahl. Wie die folgenden Beispiele belegen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neue Materialien und Herstellungsverfahren in der Halbleitertechnik erm\u00f6glichen neue Lichtquellen f\u00fcr Spektrometer, die weitere Wellenl\u00e4ngenbereiche oder neue Aufl\u00f6sungsbereiche erschlie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<li>Entwicklungen in der Schaltungstechnik erm\u00f6glichen Geschwindigkeiten der Signalverarbeitung, die nahezu Echtzeitmessungen m\u00f6glich machen, wie hochaufl\u00f6sende Spektren in schneller Folge.<\/li>\n<li>Komplexe Auswertungsverfahren liefern aus den gemessenen Daten Informationen, von denen man vor Zeiten nicht ahnte, dass sie in den Daten stecken oder wenn, wie man sie extrahieren kann.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Auf die \u00dcbersetzung kommt es an<\/h3>\n<p>Bez\u00fcglich der Physik und der Chemie der Verfahren sieht es so aus, dass die PAT kompliziert bleibt. Die Herausforderung liegt also darin, die steigende Komplexit\u00e4t auszugleichen. Moderne Bedienkonzepte (HMI \u2013 Human Machine Interface) \u00fcbernehmen schon heute das \u00dcbersetzen der komplexen Vorg\u00e4nge im Analysenger\u00e4t in eine verst\u00e4ndliche Sprache. Sie kategorisieren und prioritisieren<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wichtiges und weniger Wichtiges,<\/li>\n<li>Dringliches und Dinge, die warten k\u00f6nnen,<\/li>\n<li>Gef\u00e4hrliches und Beachtenswertes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>in einheitlicher Weise.<\/p>\n<p>Die L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die PAT ist demnach, die immer komplexeren Informationen so zu \u00fcbersetzen, dass der Anwender diese schnell, einfach und eindeutig aufnehmen kann. Ich habe keine Probleme damit zu entscheiden, welche Kaffeespezialit\u00e4ten ich gerne trinken m\u00f6chte. Aber wie ich genau daran komme, das wei\u00df mein Kaffeeautomat besser als ich. Man muss eben zusammenkommen; nicht erst bei der L\u00f6sung, sondern schon bei dem Problem.<\/p>\n<p>PAT wird wohl komplex bleiben (zumindest inwendig), aber darin liegt die Quelle zu weiterer Leistungssteigerung durch Innovation: inline, schneller, pr\u00e4ziser, selektiver, empfindlicher gegen\u00fcber Spurenstoffen, zuverl\u00e4ssiger, vorhersagbarer.<\/p>\n<p>Deshalb haben PAT und ihre Spezialisten eine rosige Zukunft und ein gro\u00dfes Potenzial vor sich.
