F\u00fcr viele Betreiber von Prozessanlagen stellt das &#8220;aktuell halten&#8221; (&#8220;as built&#8221;) der Dokumentation&nbsp;eine gro\u00dfe Herausforderung dar. Im Lebenszyklus einer Anlage werden Daten oft an mehreren Stellen&nbsp;ge\u00e4ndert, schnelle Anpassungen an betriebliche Belange haben&nbsp;oft Vorrang&nbsp;vor&nbsp;Datenkonsistenz. Die NE 150 bietet hier erstmals einen System\u00fcbergreifenden L\u00f6sungsansatz an.<\/p>\n<h1>\u00dcber die Hauptsitzung zum Fachausschuss<\/h1>\n<p>Als die NAMUR-Empfehlung 150 (NE 150) Ende 2014 neu erschien, stiess sie u.a. auf der folgenden NAMUR-Hauptsitzung auf gro\u00dfes Interesse. Im Anschlu\u00df daran bildete sich ein hersteller\u00fcbergreifender Fachausschu\u00df der GMA, der unter der Leitung von Dr. Tauchnitz, NAMUR-Vorstand, die VDI Richtlinie 3697, Blatt 1 (Gr\u00fcndruck erscheint im Juni 2017) zur Umsetzung der NE 150 erarbeiteten. Die Richtlinie gibt Herstellern eine &#8220;Anleitung&#8221; an die Hand wie die NE 150 in ein CAE oder PCS&nbsp;integriert werden kann. Durch das Zusammenwirken von Herstellern und Anwendern wird es zum Zeitpunkt des Erscheinens der Richtlinie bereits mehrere Werkzeuge geben die eine NE 150 Schnittstelle anbieten. So geschehen letztens bei einer Pr\u00e4sentation des Produktionsleitsystems CENTUM VP in unserem Stammhaus in Ratingen. Ganz unvermittelt&nbsp;tauchte die Frage auf, ob denn die Daten aus CENTUM VP auch mittels der NE 150 \u00fcbertragen werden k\u00f6nnen. Man m\u00f6chte zuk\u00fcnftig den Fehler, dass Daten zwischen&nbsp;Planungs- und Automatisierungssystem zeitweise nicht konsistent sind, vermeiden.&nbsp;Wie oben bereits berichtet, konnte hier&nbsp;auf die bestehende Implementation der Schnittstelle in CENTUM VP verwiesen werden.<\/p>\n<h1>Die Automation Design Suite (AD Suite) in der Umsetzung<\/h1>\n<p>In der neuesten Ausgabe der atp+ erfahren Sie, wie der Engineering-Aufwand mit der AD Suite hinsichtlich Datenkonsistenz und Qualit\u00e4t durch die NE 150-Schittstelle nochmals deutlich verbessert werden konnte.
