Das Functional Safety Management ist nun durch die Integration von <a href=\"https:\/\/partner.yokogawa.com\/global\/iDefine\/index.htm\">iDefine<\/a> einfacher. Zeit, endlich mal dar\u00fcber zu berichten.<\/p>\n<h1>Konservativ, zu Recht<\/h1>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend sich mittlerweile auch industrielle Software immer schneller weiterentwickelt, geht man bei sogenannten Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) auch mal gerne etwas konservativer vor. Grund daf\u00fcr ist, dass sich Fehler dieser Systeme auf finanzielle Werte, unsere Umwelt, aber eben auch&nbsp;auf Menschenleben auswirken.&nbsp;Diese Haltung ist also v\u00f6llig zu Recht eine konservative. Ob Systeme integriert werden, oder abgeschottet bleiben, muss&nbsp;je nach Anwendungsfall entschieden werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das SIS ProSafe RS von Yokogawa bietet hier sowohl die M\u00f6glichkeit der Integration in das PLS Centum VP, sowie in Fremdsysteme, aber auch den v\u00f6llig eigenst\u00e4ndigen Betrieb an. Eben individuell auf den&nbsp;Anwendungsfall angepasst. Dabei immer IEC 61511 konform und f\u00fcr Anwendungen bis Safety Integration Level&nbsp;3 (SIL 3) nutzbar. Seit der Markteinf\u00fchrung von ProSafe RS sind bereits \u00fcber 2.000 Projekte mit \u00fcber 10.000 Safety Control Stations im Einsatz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was ist neu mit iDefine?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1>Modulbasiertes Engineering f\u00fcr ProSafe RS<\/h1>\n<p>iDefine bietet eine bibliotheksgest\u00fctzte Modul-Engineeringfunktion. Das hei\u00dft Anwender k\u00f6nnen sich vordefinierte <em>und <\/em>gepr\u00fcfte SIS-Typicals in ihr aktuelles Projekt laden. Von&nbsp;dort k\u00f6nnen diese \u00fcber Bulkengineering-Funktionen instanziiert werden. Dies spart nicht nur Zeit, sondern gew\u00e4hrleistet auch fehlerfreies Engineering der Sicherheitsrelevanten Loops. Sind alle Safety Instrumented Functions (SIF) projektiert und getestet, k\u00f6nnen sie \u00fcber die integrierte Schnittstelle von iDefine in das ProSafe RS System \u00fcbertragen werden.<\/p>\n<div id=\"orangethemescaret\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">[ot-caption title=&#8221;Modulbasiertes Engineering mit iDefine&#8221; url=&#8221;https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/eu\/blog\/chemical-pharma\/app\/uploads\/2017\/05\/iDefine_Bild1-1.png&#8221;]<\/span><\/div>\n<h1>Functional Safety Management Unterst\u00fctzung<\/h1>\n<p>Im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Editoren z.B. Functional Block Diagram (FBD) or Ladder Logic, orientiert sich der iDefine Logik Editor st\u00e4rker an&nbsp;Safety Requirement Specifications (SRS). Der iDefine Logik Editor liefert eine pr\u00e4zise Darstellung der SRS mit Cause &amp; Effect, State transition diagram. All dies kann ohne spezielle Programmierkenntnisse erfolgen. Durch die st\u00e4rkere Orientierung an den SRS kann die Projektierung in iDefine ohne Anpassung als Dokumentation verwendet werden. Im Klartext hei\u00dft das, dass die Dokumentation immer auf dem aktuellsten Stand ist. Zu jedem Zeitpunkt in der Projektierung und sp\u00e4ter im Life Cycle. Dies ist \u00fcber die ESD Simulator Funktion, auch oben im Bild zu erkennen, m\u00f6glich. Dies schafft einen erheblichen Zeitvorteil bei der Projektierung. Bereits beim Definieren der SIF werden diese getestet, evtl. Fehler erkannt und sofort beseitigt. Dies w\u00fcrde sonst u.U. erst&nbsp;beim FAT oder sogar bei der Inbetriebnahme auffallen.
