ZVEI-Jahreskongress<\/h1>\n

Unter dem Motto \u201eMensch.Maschine.Miteinander\u201c stand der ZVEI-Jahreskongress<\/a> am 18.Mai in Berlin. Hier fanden auch Vorstandswahlen<\/a> statt: Pr\u00e4sident Michael Ziesemer wurde f\u00fcr eine weitere Amtszeit best\u00e4tigt und J\u00f6rg Timmermann, Vorstandssprecher der Weidm\u00fcller Gruppe, wurde neu in den Vorstand gew\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n

Deutschland als Vorreiter<\/h1>\n

industr.com<\/a> schreibt, “<\/em>Timmermann sieht Deutschland bei der Digitalisierung und Industrie 4.0 in der Vorreiterrolle, zu der die Elektroindustrie einen gro\u00dfen Beitrag leisten kann und muss. [\u2026]”<\/p>\n

Industrie 4.0 nur \u00fcber Modulare Automation<\/h1>\n

Marketing Manager Europe (Chemicals) bei Yokogawa, Tim-Peter Henrichs, wei\u00df, dass sich auch die Prozessindustrie enormen Ver\u00e4nderungen aussetzen wird.<\/p>\n

\u201eIch bin \u00fcberzeugt, dass f\u00fcr die Prozessautomatisierung der Weg zur Industrie 4.0 \u00fcber die modulare Automatisierung gehen wird. Alles andere ergibt keinen Sinn. Der entscheidende  Schritt  zur  Industrie  4.0  in  der  Prozessindustrie  ist  der  in  die  modulare  Automation.  Dieser  wird  mindestens  genauso  gro\u00df sein wie die Einf\u00fchrung der Prozessleitsysteme Mitte der 70er-Jahre.\u201c, ist sich Tim-Peter Henrichs sicher.

Industrie 4.0 – <\/strong>Definition von Yokogawa <\/strong><\/h1>\n

Industrie 4.0<\/strong> ist also die Zusammenf\u00fchrung der Produktion mit der digitalen Welt. Die Basis bilden intelligente miteinander vernetzte Systeme, die sich selbst steuern und konfigurieren k\u00f6nnen. Immer leistungsf\u00e4higere Sensoren und Aktoren, Elektrik und Elektronik, Informations- und Kommunikationsnetzwerke sind in der Industrie unverzichtbar geworden \u2013 in Anlagen und Betrieben, aber auch dar\u00fcber hinaus. Innerhalb der Produktion werden Maschinen, Anlagen, Produkte, Logistik und Menschen miteinander verzahnt, so dass sie miteinander kommunizieren und agieren k\u00f6nnen. Durch diese Vernetzung k\u00f6nnen ganze Wertsch\u00f6pfungsketten \u2013 und nicht nur einzelne Produktionsschritte \u2013 optimiert werden. Ein neuer Schritt f\u00fcr die Industrie.
