Was tun? Austauschen! Austauschen beseitigt das Problem, ist aber nicht effizient und ist auch nicht die richtige, nachhaltige L\u00f6sung. Die <a href=\"https:\/\/info.yokogawa.eu\/acton\/media\/18463\/ph-sensor-lebensdauer-ebook?utm_source=blog%20&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_content=post%202&amp;utm_campaign=e-book%20lebensdauer%20von%20ph-sensoren\">Lebensdauer des Sensors<\/a> geht in die TOC (Total Cost of Ownership = Anschaffungs- und Betriebskosten) ein. Eine vermeintlich k\u00fcrzere Lebensdauer erh\u00f6ht demnach die TOC unn\u00f6tig.<\/p>\n<h2>Schwierige Prozessbedinungen<\/h2>\n<p>Versetzen Sie sich doch mal f\u00fcr einen Moment in den pH-Sensor. Ein pH-Sensor im Prozess hat unter Umst\u00e4nden ein schweres Leben. Er ist wom\u00f6glich hohen Temperaturen ausgesetzt. Vielleicht muss er auch Druck und Druckschwankungen aushalten. Das zu messende Medium kann aggressiv sein, S\u00e4uren, Laugen (Glas mag das gar nicht gern), elektrodengiftig oder einfach nur abrasiv, also Material abtragend. Es kann auch zu Bel\u00e4gen kommen. Vor allem bedeutet eine potentiometrische Messung auch eine Wechselwirkung mit dem Medium, d.h. der Sensor ver\u00e4ndert sich durch die Messung (Verbrauch von Elektrolyt z.B.) und die Messwerte verschieben sich weg vom wahren Wert.<\/p>\n<h2>Kalibrierung schafft Abhilfe<\/h2>\n<p>Muss er&nbsp; deshalb gleich raus? Nein. Oft reicht es aus, den Sensor wieder auf Spur zu bringen, indem er kalibriert bzw. justiert wird. In vielen F\u00e4llen steht er dann f\u00fcr eine weitere Messperiode zur Verf\u00fcgung. Kalibrierung hilft, unn\u00f6tigen Austausch zu vermeiden, die \u201ewahre\u201c Lebensdauer des Sensors zu nutzen und damit die TOC zu senken.<\/p>\n<h2>Lebensdauer von pH-Sensoren<\/h2>\n<p>Welchen Einfluss hat die Kalibrierung auf die Lebensdauer eines pH-Sensors?
