Routine eben.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Die Herausforderung<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Der 60. Geburtstag steht vor der T\u00fcr. Die Familie kommt, Freunde, Arbeitskollegen. Auweia, da sind ganz sch\u00f6n viele Veganer dabei. Wir brauen ein (teil-)veganes B\u00fcffet f\u00fcr 80 Leute. Selber machen? Klar, das kriegen wir hin. Wirklich?<\/p>\n<p>Was brauchen wir denn alles f\u00fcr die vielen verschiedenen Gerichte? Einkaufsliste, Manno, ist die lang. Nichts vergessen. Wo m\u00fcssen wir \u00fcberall hin?<br \/>\n<strong>&gt;&gt;&gt; Beschaffung, Lieferantenkenntnis, Logistik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Haben wir denn Rezepte f\u00fcr Alles?<br \/>\n<strong>&gt;&gt;&gt;<\/strong> <strong>Know How<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vegan ist einfach, kein Fleisch, keine Milchprodukte. Was denn, was denn? Eiwei\u00df bei der Weinherstellung? L-Cystein im Mehl? Bienenwachs auf dem Obst? Woher soll ich das denn wissen?<br \/>\n<strong>&gt;&gt;&gt;<\/strong> <strong>Expertise und Erfahrung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wie soll das denn alles zugleich fertig werden? Das geht doch gar nicht alles in den Ofen. Die K\u00fcche ist zu klein. Und dann nur wir Beide und die Schwiegermutter. Das schaffen wir nicht.<br \/>\n<strong>&gt;&gt;&gt; Resourcen: Fachleute, Platz, Werkzeuge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Womit fangen wir blo\u00df an? Kann man das solange warmhalten?<br \/>\n<strong>&gt;&gt;&gt;<\/strong> <strong>Projektmanagement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jetzt muss das Alles noch verkostet werden!<br \/>\n<strong>&gt;&gt;&gt;<\/strong> <strong>FAT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Und jetzt alles auf den Tisch. Und Geschirr, und Servietten, und Kerzen, und Deko \u2026<br \/>\n<strong>&gt;&gt;&gt;<\/strong> <strong>Installation und Inbetriebnahme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oh Schreck, der Wein ist schon alle. Was jetzt?<br \/>\n<strong>&gt;&gt;&gt;<\/strong> <strong>After Sales Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Die Alternative<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Das schaffen wir nie.
