NAMUR Open Architecture ist ein ambitioniertes Konzept f\u00fcr die \u00dcberwindung dieses Hindernisses.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ein Dialog<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>Anwender:<\/em> Ich brauche die Diagnosedaten meiner Sensoren, damit ich daf\u00fcr sorgen kann, dass sie m\u00f6glichst verf\u00fcgbar und ihre Messwerte valide sind. Und das ohne Redundanzen bei der (Wartungs-)Arbeit. Aber ich habe sie Signale nicht.<\/p>\n<p><em>Prozessleittechniker:<\/em> Wir erfassen alle Daten und bilden eine Historie. Es ist alles da.<\/p>\n<p><em>Anwender:<\/em> Ja, das ist sicher alles da, aber wo? Ich komme nicht dran. Haben Sie mal versucht, bestimmte Signale als HART-Signal zu identifizieren? Das ist sehr, sehr knifflig. Und wir brauchen nicht ein Signal, wir brauchen hunderte. Eigentlich w\u00fcnsche ich mir ein Dashboard, auf dem ich alle relevanten Daten mit einem Blick erfassen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Babylon eben.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/cp.yokogawa.com\/prozessindustrie-digitale-transformation.html?id=Blog_Post_CP&amp;_ga=2.105428867.1639634260.1617699256-1394099142.1552641119\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-15064 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/eu\/blog\/app\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2022\/06\/DXeBook-300x157_Blog_Banner.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"516\" height=\"270\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>NOA schafft hier Abhilfe. Mit einem einheitlichen Kommunikationsmodel (OPC UA) und einem einheitlichen NOA Informationsmodell. Der Anfang ist gemacht. Und bis alle Komponenten diese Lingua franca sprechen, werden Edge Devices daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass die Daten der bestehenden Ger\u00e4te, wie alt sie auch sind, im OPC UA-Protokoll f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen und zusammengef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen. Oder die Daten sind gar nicht komponentenspezifisch. Ein Beispiel f\u00fcr Abhilfe im ersten Fall sind externe Schwingungssensoren, die zum Beispiel (Geh\u00e4use-)Schwingungen an Pumpen \u00fcberwachen, um verschlei\u00dflastige Betriebszust\u00e4nde zu erkennen und beispielsweise Lagersch\u00e4den und eine ungeplante Reparatur zu vermeiden. Im zweiten Fall k\u00f6nnte es zum Beispiel um eine akustische \u00dcberwachung der Ger\u00e4usche in der menschenleeren Anlage gehen, um Abweichungen zu entdecken, beispielsweise die zischende, undichte Stelle.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Sensoren m\u00fcssen nicht h\u00f6chste Anspr\u00fcche erf\u00fcllen, denn sie \u00fcberwachen keine kritischen Prozessgr\u00f6\u00dfen. Dagegen erwartet man von ihnen, dass sie preiswert sind, um auch mal redundant eingesetzt zu werden. Flexibel und ohne Kabel sollen sie einsetzbar sein, mit langem Betrieb \u00fcber eine Batterie und durch drahtlose Netzwerke.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>M+C-Sensoren \u2013 Das Navigationssystem durch den Prozess<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>M+C-Sensoren messen Eigenschaften des Prozessmediums. M+C steht f\u00fcr Measurement + Control. Sie sind sozusagen die Navigationssysteme durch den Prozesses. Sie messen Prozessbedingungen wie Druck, Temperatur oder Durchfluss, vor allem aber auch die Zusammensetzung des Mediums (analytische Sensoren). An diese Sensoren werden ungleich h\u00f6here Anforderungen gestellt. Unrichtige Messwerte k\u00f6nnen zu Qualit\u00e4tsverlusten f\u00fchren, aber auch zu wirtschaftlichen Sch\u00e4den durch Produkt-bzw. Ausbeuteverluste, Anlagensch\u00e4den oder gar zu unsicheren Betriebszust\u00e4nden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>M+O-Sensoren f\u00fcr M+C-Sensoren<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Da stellt sich die Frage: Brauchen nicht gerade diese so wichtigen Prozesskomponenten eine \u00dcberwachung durch M+O-Sensoren? Ja, dass ist offensichtlich. Und deshalb bringen die meisten dieser Sensoren sozusagen bereits eingebaute M+O-Sensoren mit, die entsprechende Diagnosesignale liefern. Praktisch.<\/p>\n<p>Allerdings sind sie damit Teil des Automatisierungssystems, das hei\u00dft Teil der Automatisierungspyramide. Und eigentlich ist das nicht nur eine Pyramide, sondern, aus Sicherheitsgr\u00fcnden, auch ein Tresor. Die Daten bleiben eingeschlossen. Auch die Diagnosedaten. Wie vertr\u00e4gt sich das mit NAMUR Open Architecture?<\/p>\n<p>NOA stellt f\u00fcr genau diesen Zweck einen zweiten Informationskanal bereit. \u00dcber diesen Kanal k\u00f6nnen Diagnosedaten aus dem Leitsystem oder direkt aus den Sensoren in die Au\u00dfenwelt gelangen, um dort analysiert und zur Optimierung verwendet zu werden. Dieses Element sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass die Diagnosedaten die Pyramide verlassen k\u00f6nnen, aber \u00fcber diesen Weg keine Daten in das System hinein gelangen k\u00f6nnen. Denn das w\u00e4re der Alptraum der Leittechniker. Und da die Erkenntnisse der Datenauswertung f\u00fcr die Regelung der Anlage bzw. f\u00fcr den Operator interessant sein k\u00f6nnen, stellt NOA den VoR bereit, den Verification of Request. Damit soll sichergestellt werden, dass nur verifizierte Sender Daten ins Leitsystem stellen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Mehr Details dazu?
