(Parte 1)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Las infraestructuras cr\u00edticas (IC) son estructuras e instalaciones f\u00edsicas y organizativas de vital importancia para la sociedad y la econom\u00eda de una naci\u00f3n, cuyo fracaso o degradaci\u00f3n dar\u00eda lugar a una escasez continua de suministros, a una perturbaci\u00f3n significativa de la seguridad p\u00fablica u otras consecuencias dram\u00e1ticas. Despu\u00e9s de todo, cada uno de nosotros sin excepci\u00f3n, se sentir\u00eda perdido si no hubiera electricidad, si no hubiera agua potable en el grifo o si las redes inform\u00e1ticas y de transporte dejaran de funcionar (todas ellas son vitales en nuestra sociedad)<\/p>\n<h3>Siempre a punto &#8211; Sistema de Defensa para las IC<\/h3>\n<p>Lamentablemente, las infraestructuras cr\u00edticas est\u00e1n expuestas a todo tipo de riesgos y peligros: condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas extremas, fallos humanos o t\u00e9cnicos\u2026 Si una parte o la totalidad de una infraestructura cr\u00edtica se rompe, puede tener un impacto significativo en los servicios p\u00fablicos, en la actividad econ\u00f3mica y, de hecho, en grandes sectores de la poblaci\u00f3n. La disponibilidad, la seguridad y la protecci\u00f3n de los sistemas de IT desempe\u00f1an un papel central e inmensamente importante cuando se trata de infraestructuras cr\u00edticas y vulnerabilidades.<br \/>\nPara que esto sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de entender, echemos un breve vistazo al organismo humano. Las redes con conectividad \u00e1gil tienen varios beneficios<br \/>\nimportantes: reducen los costes, aumentan la eficiencia operativa, protegen la salud de los empleados y facilitan la interoperabilidad entre los sistemas existentes y los nuevos.<\/p>\n<h3>Resiliencia: Una gran fuerza interna<\/h3>\n<p>Volvamos al organismo humano por un momento: tambi\u00e9n tiene mecanismos complejos de protecci\u00f3n que utiliza para combatir los pat\u00f3genos. La piel y las membranas mucosas proporcionan una primera barrera protectora. Si pat\u00f3genos como las bacterias consiguen superar esta barrera, se activan varias c\u00e9lulas del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<br \/>\nSin embargo, \u00bfc\u00f3mo se compara esto con la resiliencia de los sistemas de infraestructura cr\u00edtica? \u00bfExiste una base de seguridad adecuada? Seg\u00fan Achim Berg (presidente de Bitkom, asociaci\u00f3n digital alemana), tanto Alemania como Europa necesitan desarrollar sus propias competencias en \u00e1reas como la ciberseguridad, la inteligencia artificial, las blockchains o la impresi\u00f3n en 3D. Al mismo tiempo, nuestra soberan\u00eda digital debe ser preservada. La soberan\u00eda digital no significa simplemente utilizar las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas sin esfuerzo y con confianza.
