Da ich vorher jahrelang bei einem Konsumg\u00fcter- und Pharmahersteller t\u00e4tig war, bin ich physische Produkte gewohnt. Cremes, Bodylotions, Mundsp\u00fclungen und Schmerztabletten sind mein Metier. Produkte, die ich in die Hand nehmen, anfassen und ausprobieren kann.<\/p>\n<p>Somit lautete meine erste Frage: Was stellen wir bei Yokogawa eigentlich her? Was sind unsere Top-Produkte? Egal wem ich bisher diese Frage gestellt habe, mein Gegen\u00fcber legt die Stirn in Falten und \u00fcberlegt, wie man mir, einer Person ohne technischen Hintergrund, m\u00f6glichst simpel und praxisnah das T\u00e4tigkeitsgebiet erkl\u00e4ren kann.\u00a0 Ich sehe Schaltk\u00e4sten, Computer, Ger\u00e4tschaften zur Messung von Gas und Temperaturen. Daneben gef\u00fchlt 30.000 Abk\u00fcrzungen, wie z.B. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yokogawa-blog.de\/de\/tdls8000-wartungsfrei-und-sil2-konform-gegen-explosionsgefahr\/\">TDLS<\/a> und DTSX.<\/p>\n<p>Fakt ist, so einfach ist es gar nicht. Aber irgendwo muss ich anfangen, mir einen \u00dcberblick zu verschaffen. In dem Zusammenhang ist es von Vorteil, sich mit dem Begriff &#8220;Industrie 4.0&#8221; auseinanderzusetzen.<\/p>\n<p>Los geht&#8217;s!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Was ist Industrie 4.0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sind Sie bereit f\u00fcr <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/de\/loesungen\/industrie-4-0.htm?nid=megadlist\">Industrie 4.0<\/a>? Googelt man \u201eIndustrie 4.0\u201c, wird klar, dass noch nicht l\u00e4ngst jedem der Begriff Industrie 4.0. etwas sagt. Was ist eigentlich diese vierte industrielle Revolution?<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-140 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/eu\/blog\/app\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/09\/AdobeStock_134872318-Industrie-4.0-History-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"History Industry 4.0\" width=\"457\" height=\"274\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plattform-i40.de\/I40\/Navigation\/DE\/Industrie40\/WasIndustrie40\/was-ist-industrie-40.html\">Plattform Industrie 4.0<\/a> definiert Industrie 4.0 als \u201edie intelligente Vernetzung von Maschinen und Abl\u00e4ufen in der Industrie mit Hilfe von Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie\u201c. Die Anwendungsgebiete sind vielf\u00e4ltig. Hier einige Beispiele:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Verschiedene Hersteller, digitale Kommunikation, gemeinsames Endprodukt: <\/strong>Digitale Vernetzung von verschiedenen Unternehmen, die an der Produktion eines gemeinsamen Produkts beteiligt sind. <strong>Produktionsschritte lassen sich besser untereinander abstimmen<\/strong> und Maschinen k\u00f6nnen gezielter eingesetzt werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Produktion in Modulen: <\/strong>Produktionsstra\u00dfen werden zuk\u00fcnftig modular aufgebaut. Die Vorteile liegen auf der Hand: <strong>Neue Produkte k\u00f6nnen schneller und wirtschaftlicher realisiert werden<\/strong>. Somit kann auch ein individuelles Produkt in kleiner St\u00fcckzahl zu bezahlbaren Preisen hergestellt werden, wie z.B. individuell designte Tassen. Die Fabrik der Zukunft ist wandelbar und passt sich den Anforderungen der Kunden an.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kundenorientierte Produkte: <\/strong>Der Kunde steht im Fokus der Produktentwicklung. Die \u201eVoice of Consumer\u201c ist wichtiger denn je. Kunden k\u00f6nnen bereits heute Produkte nach ihren W\u00fcnschen zusammenstellen und individualisieren, <strong>wie z.B. individualisierte Schuhe oder Autos.<\/strong> Die neuen Ger\u00e4te mit SMART-Technologien messen das Nutzungsverhalten der Kunden und werden von den Herstellern genutzt, um noch besser auf Kundenbed\u00fcrfnisse eingehen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Logistik 4.0: <\/strong>Durch smarte Vernetzung wird der Warenfluss optimiert. Maschinen geben selbstst\u00e4ndig an, wenn Material zur Neige geht und aufgef\u00fcllt werden muss. Mit Hilfe von Algorithmen werden die k\u00fcrzesten Lieferwege berechnet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datenanalyse:<\/strong> Mittels Datenanalyse werden Daten aus dem Produktionsablauf und dem gegenw\u00e4rtigen Status des Produkts miteinander verglichen. Dies birgt ein enormes Potential: Neue Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle und Services k\u00f6nnen angeboten werden. \u00a0Beispielsweise k\u00f6nnen Hersteller durch die kontinuierliche Status\u00fcberpr\u00fcfung vorausschauende Wartungstermine anbieten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kreisf\u00f6rmiger Produktzyklus:<\/strong> Der komplette Lebenszyklus eines Produkts wird datengest\u00fctzt dokumentiert.
