Nun sind wir in einer sehr speziellen Branche, der Prozessindustrie, t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Die Prozessindustrie verarbeitet Stoffe und Materialien in chemischen, physikalischen, biologischen oder anderen technischen\u00a0<a title=\"Prozess (Technik)\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Prozess_(Technik)\">Prozessen<\/a>\u00a0und\u00a0<a title=\"Verfahrenstechnik\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Verfahrenstechnik\">Verfahren<\/a>. Stoffe und Materialien werden dabei beispielsweise umgesetzt, geformt, vermischt oder entmischt,\u00a0<a title=\"Gie\u00dfen (Metall)\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gie%C3%9Fen_(Metall)\">gegossen<\/a>, gepresst, u. a. m. Einige typische Prozesse sind\u00a0<a title=\"Chemische Reaktion\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chemische_Reaktion\">chemische Reaktionen<\/a>\u00a0und die Aufarbeitung der Reaktionsprodukte etwa durch Destillation oder\u00a0<a title=\"Kristallisation\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kristallisation\">Kristallisation<\/a>, die\u00a0<a title=\"Erd\u00f6l\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Erd%C3%B6l\">Erd\u00f6l<\/a>-Aufbereitung etwa durch\u00a0<a title=\"Rektifikation (Verfahrenstechnik)\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rektifikation_(Verfahrenstechnik)\">Rektifikation<\/a>, das\u00a0<a title=\"Schmelzen\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Schmelzen\">Schmelzen<\/a>\u00a0von\u00a0<a title=\"Glas\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Glas\">Glas<\/a>, aber auch das\u00a0<a title=\"Backen\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Backen\">Backen<\/a>\u00a0von\u00a0<a title=\"Brot\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Brot\">Brot<\/a> (zumindest in industriellem Ma\u00dfstab). (Quelle: <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Prozessindustrie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wikipedia<\/a>)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sicherheit ist neben allen anderen \u00dcberlegungen einer der wichtigsten Aspekte der Prozessindustrie. Wer hat nicht die Bilder von Ungl\u00fccken bei \u00d6l-Plattformen im Kopf? Die Folgen unzureichender Sicherheitsvorkehrungen in der \u00d6l- und Gasindustrie sind meistens verheerend und gef\u00e4hrden Umwelt und Mensch gleicherma\u00dfen. Nicht selten landen Fehler in der Prozessindustrie direkt auf der Titelseite der regionalen und internationalen Zeitungen.<\/p>\n<h2>Wo Menschen arbeiten, k\u00f6nnen Fehler entstehen.<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-162\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/eu\/blog\/app\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/09\/Fotolia_114146274_S-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Worker Process Industry\" width=\"357\" height=\"238\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Wenn es m\u00f6glich ist, Entscheidungen und Prognosen \u00fcber Algorithmen treffen zu k\u00f6nnen, sind Maschinen klar im Vorteil. Sie analysieren schneller als der Mensch und k\u00f6nnen schneller Entscheidungen treffen, k\u00f6nnen eventuell sogar Risiken erkennen, bevor ein Ungl\u00fcck geschieht. In brenzligen Situationen sind sie weder traumatisiert, noch in Schockstarre.<\/p>\n<p>Smarte Prozessautomatisierungsl\u00f6sungen k\u00f6nnen der Prozessindustrie helfen, die Fabriken sicherer zu machen, damit es zu keinen schwerwiegenden Vorf\u00e4llen kommt. Modulare Automation ist eines der Schlagw\u00f6rter in diesem Zusammenhang. Durch Modularisierung k\u00f6nnen Investitionskosten gesenkt werden, schneller neue Produkte auf den Markt gebracht werden und die Produktion kann flexibler gestaltet werden. Bei Gro\u00dfanlagen ist zu beobachten, dass immer mehr Package Units in Form von Modulen zugekauft werden. Aber auch bei Pilotprojekten und Kleinproduktionen verl\u00e4sst man sich immer mehr auf Module.<\/p>\n<h2>Predictive Maintenance in der Prozessindustrie<\/h2>\n<p>Ein anderer bereits seit einigen Jahren andauernder Trend ist die &#8220;predictive maintenance&#8221;, auf Deutsch die vorbeugende Instandhaltung und Wartung. F\u00fcr gro\u00dfe und kritische Anlagen, vor allem im Chemiebereich, geh\u00f6ren vorbeugende Wartungen seit den 80er Jahren zum Standard. Ich freue mich, hier von dem Fachwissen der erfahrenen Kollegen im Unternehmen profitieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Auch auf dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yokogawa-blog.de\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Yokogawa Industry Blog Chemical &amp; Pharma<\/a> finde ich viele hilfreiche Artikel, wie z.B. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yokogawa-blog.de\/de\/die-unertraegliche-leichtigkeit-der-wartung\/\">Die unertr\u00e4gliche Leichtigkeit der Wartung<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ausblick: Industrie 4.0 sicher und nachhaltig umsetzen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Die Prozessindustrie unterliegt wie keine andere Industrie einem der h\u00f6chsten Sicherheitsstandards. Fehler k\u00f6nnen zu drastischen Konsequenzen f\u00fchren und nicht selten Menschenleben kosten. Darum ist bei aller Digitalisierung stets die Sicherheit zu beachten. Sie sollte neben allen wirtschaftlichen Erw\u00e4gungen Dreh- und Angelpunkt aller \u00dcberlegungen im Hinblick auf Automatisierung und Industrie 4.0 sein. Inwieweit kann Industrie 4.0 Vorreiter f\u00fcr Nachhaltigkeit sein?
