Unsere Persona David, 28 Jahre alt, hat nach seinem IT-Studium zusammen mit Kommilitonen ein Unternehmen im Silicon Valley gegr\u00fcndet. Er setzt komplett auf neue, bahnbrechende Technologien und m\u00f6chte den Status Quo mit seinen disruptiven Produkten revolutionieren. Was in einer Garage mit gro\u00dfen Visionen und einem Lebenstraum als Start-Up begann, wird sich im Laufe der Zeit etablieren. Sie wei\u00df, dass sich im Zuge der fortschreitenden Industrialisierung 4.0 die Anforderungen an zuk\u00fcnftige Mitarbeiter \u00e4ndern werden. Sie versucht schon jetzt, die Arbeitsumgebung des Unternehmens an zuk\u00fcnftige Anforderungen anzupassen und z\u00e4hlt damit zur Persona der Talent Champions.<\/p>\n<h3>Welche F\u00e4higkeiten sind zuk\u00fcnftig gefragt?<\/h3>\n<p>Das es gar nicht so einfach ist, die richtigen F\u00e4higkeiten f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Arbeitsanforderungen zu definieren, zeigt die Studie: 46% der Befragten, also knapp die H\u00e4lfte, wissen nicht, welche F\u00e4higkeiten seitens der Arbeitnehmer ben\u00f6tigt werden, um die Arbeitsumgebung auf die Industrie 4.0 vorzubereiten. Gleichzeitig m\u00fcssten auch Universit\u00e4ten ihre Lehrpl\u00e4ne auf die Anforderungen von Industrie 4.0 ausrichten.
