{"id":16136,"date":"2020-11-09T13:16:22","date_gmt":"2020-11-09T12:16:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/eu\/blog\/renewables\/la-medicion-de-pozos\/"},"modified":"2022-09-14T11:42:26","modified_gmt":"2022-09-14T09:42:26","slug":"la-medicion-de-pozos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/eu\/blog\/renewables\/es\/la-medicion-de-pozos\/","title":{"rendered":"El santo grial de la medici\u00f3n de pozos \u2013 PARTE 2.1"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Introducci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>La medici\u00f3n de pozos es una pr\u00e1ctica necesaria en los yacimientos petrol\u00edferos para determinar los flujos de agua, gas y petr\u00f3leo de los pozos.<\/p>\n<p>Normalmente, un yacimiento petrol\u00edfero tiene todos tipo de pozos de petr\u00f3leo con una gran variedad de flujos de petr\u00f3leo seco, agua y gas, adem\u00e1s de cortes de agua en un amplio rango, con las mas diversas presiones, densidades, salinidades, presencias de gas y tipos de petr\u00f3leo. Todas estas variables convierten a la medici\u00f3n de pozos en un problema complejo.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la medici\u00f3n de pozos?<\/h2>\n<p>En el Upstream, una medici\u00f3n de pozos es simplemente un per\u00edodo de tiempo durante el cual se mide la producci\u00f3n de un pozo, ya sea en la cabeza del pozo con equipamiento port\u00e1til de medici\u00f3n de pozos, o en una instalaci\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n. Hoy en d\u00eda, los mecanismos de medici\u00f3n de pozos son complejos, costosos y no muy precisos. Este procedimiento es llevado a cabo gracias a separadores (ej.: bif\u00e1sicos o trif\u00e1sicos, dependiendo del pozo).<\/p>\n<p>En algunas compa\u00f1\u00edas, la frecuencia de medici\u00f3n de pozos es determinada con un procedimiento, el cual prioriza los pozos de mayor producci\u00f3n, aquellos que hayan tenido alguna intervenci\u00f3n, aquellos que puedan tener mayores variaciones, etc. En compa\u00f1\u00edas con yacimientos con gran cantidad de pozos, esta frecuencia puede ser de hasta una medici\u00f3n por pozo cada uno o dos meses. A veces, hay algunos requerimientos de frecuencia m\u00ednima por parte de organismos estatales. Para llevar a cabo la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n se debe contabilizar el tiempo de parada del pozo. Para tener un mejor estimado del tiempo de parada del pozo, es necesario automatizar la medici\u00f3n de cada pozo. Dependiendo del m\u00e9todo de elevaci\u00f3n (surgencia natural o sistemas de elevaci\u00f3n artificial tales como el bombeo mec\u00e1nico, ESP, PCP, elevaci\u00f3n por pist\u00f3n, etc.), ser\u00e1 el tipo de monitoreo y control que cada pozo deber\u00e1 llevar a cabo para la determinaci\u00f3n (entre otras cosas) del tiempo de parada. Sin embargo, hablaremos de esto en otro art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, la \u201cproducci\u00f3n diaria\u201d se calcula considerando el tiempo de parada y la informaci\u00f3n de la medici\u00f3n de pozo mas reciente de cada pozo.<\/p>\n<h2>Prop\u00f3sito de una medici\u00f3n de pozo<\/h2>\n<p>Desde un punto de vista del <em>\u00c1rea de Producci\u00f3n<\/em>, el conocimiento preciso de esta informaci\u00f3n hace que sea posible determinar las necesidades y limitaciones de las estaciones y plantas de producci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s de la determinaci\u00f3n del balance de masa por zonas y la optimizaci\u00f3n de movimiento de fluidos y el contraste con las medidas fiscales de los oleoductos.<\/p>\n<p>Para el <em>\u00c1rea de Recursos<\/em>, la medici\u00f3n es llevada a cabo a fin de obtener informaci\u00f3n sobre las caracter\u00edsticas de los pozos y su evoluci\u00f3n en el tiempo. Esto es importante para conocer el estado de la reserva en general y para predecir el comportamiento de los recursos en el futuro.<\/p>\n<p>En yacimientos con gran cantidad de pozos de baja producci\u00f3n, dada la diversidad y n\u00famero de pozos, no existe un \u00fanico mecanismo para alcanzar estos objetivos. Existe un equipo que puede medir muy bien el pozo de forma continua dentro de un rango de flujo, un rango de corte de agua, sin la presencia de arenas, etc. Sin embargo, hoy en d\u00eda, no existe un \u00fanico equipo que pueda medir petr\u00f3leo, gas y agua simult\u00e1neamente en todos los rangos y caracter\u00edsticas que puedan darse en los yacimientos de este tipo.<\/p>\n<h2>La situaci\u00f3n hoy<\/h2>\n<p>Los mecanismos actuales de medici\u00f3n de pozos son complejos, costosos y no muy precisos. Las tecnolog\u00edas hoy en el mercado para medici\u00f3n de pozos son muchas y permiten diversas configuraciones. Desde tanques de medici\u00f3n, separadores bif\u00e1sicos o trif\u00e1sicos hasta medidores multif\u00e1sicos, etc. Sin embargo, la mayor\u00eda de estas tecnolog\u00edas son costosas, con posibilidades de variaci\u00f3n de rango y solo pueden medir \u201cun pozo a la vez\u201d.
