Daarom zijn we begonnen met Agile SCRUM Squad-teams met thema\u2019s als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/nl\/solutions\/services\/process-safety\/safety-scrum-team\/\">veiligheidsoplossingen<\/a> en hernieuwbare energie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nieuwe manier van werken<br \/>\n<\/strong>Als accountmanager verkoop ik onze veiligheidsoplossingen voornamelijk aan bestaande klanten in gevestigde markten. Daarnaast ben ik ook een (gecertificeerde) Agile SCRUM Product Owner. In die rol concentreer ik me volledig op nieuwe markten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gefocust en toch flexibel<\/strong><br \/>\nVoor mij is het een hele uitdaging om uit te zoeken hoe we waarde kunnen toevoegen aan deze nieuwe markten. Onze producten, diensten en aanpak zijn totaal verschillend. Het cre\u00ebert eigenlijk behoorlijk wat chaos, wat goed is om creatief te worden.
