{"id":15330,"date":"2020-03-19T14:44:03","date_gmt":"2020-03-19T13:44:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/eu\/blog\/renewables\/plant-performance-iiot\/"},"modified":"2022-09-13T12:22:36","modified_gmt":"2022-09-13T10:22:36","slug":"plant-performance-iiot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/eu\/blog\/renewables\/nl\/plant-performance-iiot\/","title":{"rendered":"Plant performance met IIoT verbeteren"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Terugblik lezing PPA2020 event<\/h3>\n<p>Industrie 4.0 en de komst van <a href=\"\/nl?p=1406\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">slimme sensoren<\/a>, de cloud, big data en algoritmes brengen in de industrie een digitale transformatie teweeg met een enorme impact. Bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van onderhoud of energiereductie. Maar <a href=\"\/nl?p=2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IIoT<\/a> werkt ook als een spiegel die confronterend kan zijn. Immers, afwijkingen in processen en assets worden eerder ge\u00efdentificeerd doordat algoritmes voorspellende analyses uitvoeren.<\/p>\n<p>Als IIoT specialist gaf mijn collega Frank Knobbe tijdens het Productie Proces Automatisering event een lezing waarin hij in ging op de laatste trends en de Yokogawa aanpak hoe je IIoT voor je kunt laten werken en zo een smart factory realiseert.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Samensmelten van IT en OT<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Wat Knobbe betreft is 2020 h\u00e9t moment om in te stappen in Industry 4.0.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u2018Want waar je een jaar of tien geleden een terabyte cloudopslag nog evenveel als een auto kostte, krijg je het nu gratis bij je smartphone. Ik zie dat techniek en commercie nu steeds meer samen komen. De techniek raakt verder uit-ontwikkeld en worden steeds betaalbaarder.\u2019<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>De IT en OT wereld zijn op dit moment nog gescheiden werelden, maar Knobbe verwacht dat dat op korte termijn gaat veranderen.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u2018Je zult zien dat <a href=\"\/nl?p=1228\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">OT en IT<\/a> meer samen zullen smelten, simpelweg omdat het noodzakelijk is.\u2019<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong>De voordelen van Industrie 4.0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Er zijn verschillende redenen om nu in te stappen in Industrie 4.0.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u2018Het personeelstekort is een van die redenen. Er zijn bedrijven die binnen vijf jaar twintig procent van hun personeel kwijtraken. Je zult straks dus met minder mensen evenveel, of nog meer werk moeten doen. Dat kan door verder te automatiseren.\u2019 Knobbe<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/nl\/solutions\/solutions\/industrial-iot\/\">IIoT<\/a> kan een hogere mate van betrouwbaarheid realiseren. Denk aan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/nl\/solutions\/services\/asset-performance-monitoring\/maintenance-support-system\/\">predictive maintenance<\/a>. Je onderhoudt wanneer het nodig is en je doet dat op een zo effici\u00ebnt mogelijke manier. Maar IIoT kan ook kostenbesparing opleveren. <em>\u2018De early adaptors laten nu al zien dat het werkt. De uptime van je fabriek gaat omhoog en het <a href=\"\/nl?p=2108\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">energieverbruik<\/a> omlaag\u2019<\/em> aldus Knobbe.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Inzic<\/strong><strong>ht waar je proces niet optimaal loopt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Het is al vaker gezegd. Maar het verzamelen van data alleen is niet genoeg. Je moet ook iets doen met die <a href=\"\/nl?p=873\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">data<\/a>. Een van de eenvoudigste zaken die je met die data kunt doen is op zoek gaan naar afwijkingen. Anomaly detection dus.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u2018Je kunt dan &#8211; \u00a0zonder dat je faaldata hebt &#8211; al inzicht krijgen in welke zaken er in je proces niet optimaal lopen\u2019. Knobbe<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Het is belangrijk dat de data \u00e9n de resultaten uit die data ge\u00efntegreerd worden in de organisatie. \u2018Want als je steeds meer predictive maintenance gaat doen en het management nog steeds volgens de klassieke methodes werkt, loop je het risico dat je alsnog zaken dubbel doet. Kortom, nieuwe technologie moet wel in de hele organisatie gedragen worden!\u2019.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Toegevoegde waarde van IIoT volgens PPA-deelnemers?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Op de beursstand hielden we een onderzoekje onder een aantal van de 350 PPA2020 deelnemers. De vraag die we stelden was: \u2018Waar zie je de grootste toegevoegde waarde voor IIoT?\u2019. Hieruit bleek een verbetering van de prestatie en de kwaliteit het hoogste scoorde. Daarna volgde betrouwbaarheid en kostenbesparingen. Op nummer drie eindigde duurzaamheid en energie en veiligheid duurzaamheid was de hekkensluiter.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2883 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/eu\/blog\/app\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/09\/IIoT_survey-300x169.png\" alt=\"industrie 4.0\" width=\"714\" height=\"402\" \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Terugblik PPA2020<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tijdens het afgelopen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/nl\/news\/events\/2020\/productie-proces-automatisering-ppa-2020\/\">PPA2020 event<\/a> gaf Knobbe samen met Maurice Jilderda namens Yokogawa \u00a0\/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yokogawa.com\/nl\/solutions\/solutions\/industrial-iot\/iiot-availability-reliability\/join-an-integrated-iiot-ecosystem\/\">JOIN <\/a>de drukbezochte lezing met 148 deelnemers over het thema: \u2018Verbeter uw plant performance met IIoT\u2019, inclusief drie praktijk voorbeelden.
