High-Voltage Solid State Scanners

High-Voltage Solid State Scanners

High withstand voltage semiconductor relays have been adopted for scanners that switch the input signal. They enable high speed scanning of six dots per second, increase the life of the scanner, and reduce noise.

Use of ASICs

Use of ASICs

The recorders feature a high degree of functional integration through Yokogawa's renowned ASICs (application specific integrated circuits, or custom ICs). They allow for reduced power consumption, increased lifespan of components, and suppressing of heat emmisions.

Header Printout (Option, /BT1)

Manufacturing process information such as batch/lot number and comments can be printed out in synchronization with analog recording.

Example Printout (Pen Model)

Example Printout (Pen Model)

*With the µR series, computed value can be included.

Notes:

  • Bach name = batch number (characters)- lot number (4 or 6 digit number)
    Example)
    Batch number - 000001
batch number   lot number (you can automatically increment by 1 when recording stops.)
  • Start printout/End printout: Printout operates like manual printout (stopped during analog recording).
  • Message printout: During analog recording, you can print out messages that include measured* values.
(Measured* values, message strings, and date/time can be set arbitrarily.)

Basic operation

  • When you start recording, the Start printout is performed.
  • When you stop recording, the End printout is performed.
  • During analog recording, you can print out messages that include measured* values.

This basic operation pattern is shown in the figure below.

Overview:

By using the computation function of the SMARTDAC+ series Paperless recorder GX/GP, computation option computes the "F-value," or sterilizing value for the sterilization process, so that the computation results can be recorded in the form of data.

The µR series can be used close together. There is no specified spacing. However please see the panel cutout dimensions for each model in the specifications.
It conforms to the DIN40050-IP54 dust and splash proof specification.
The length of the chart paper is 16 m (16000 mm). One month is 720 hours, therefore if you set a chart speed of 16000/720 = 22 mm/hr or less, you can record for a month. Pen model: From 5 mm/hr —12000 mm/hr, select 20 mm/h. Dot model: In th...
