Yokogawa Issues 2015 Yokogawa Report

Tokyo, Japan - September 1, 2015

Yokogawa Electric Corporation announces the publication on this date of the Japanese edition of the 2015 Yokogawa Report. This is an integrated report that includes both financial and nonfinancial information for the Yokogawa Group, and is intended to give stockholders, investors, and other stakeholders a better understanding of the Group's efforts over the mid- to long-term to create value.

In addition to financial information such as our business results and plans that have been featured in past editions of our annual report, the 2015 Yokogawa Report provides more nonfinancial information, such as Yokogawa's long-term vision and mid- to long-term business strategies and information about our corporate governance and CSR activities. This report clearly shows how these financial and nonfinancial aspects relate to each other, and will greatly help all stakeholders understand Yokogawa's process of creating value, particularly the role played by our management policy. The report has been edited based on the International Integrated Reporting Framework of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC).

The Yokogawa Group will continue to make a proactive effort to be transparent in its disclosure of key company information to all stakeholders. To meet their expectations, Yokogawa aims to achieve continual growth and to increase its corporate value.
