Terminal Logistic Suite VP performs applications of loading and/or unloading trucks, ships and tank cars—in addition to offering solutions in inventory management, master data management, security control, audit trail, and other movements operations such as pipeline transfer. Moreover, truck management, product tracking and jetty scheduling are additional features that support customer terminal operation more safely and efficiently.
Terminal Logistic Suite VP is designed and developed to meet the operational demands and logistic needs in terminals, in various industries. Terminal Logistic Suite VP is applicable to Oil, LNG, LPG and Petrochemical/Chemical, and all liquid terminals worldwide.
Terminal Logistic Suites VP (TLSVP) features a modular design and easily adapts to customer specific requirements with low customization. The Engineering Builder and Engineering tools make engineering and configuration easier. Its report function enables easy reconfiguation of the format and layout of documentation i.e. tailored operator's reports without re-designing the report layout.
Tank Truck Loading Control and Management: Control and management of products loading to tank truck including the followings:
Once movement/unloading is finished, tank quality is badged and kept until next movement/unloading occurs. If the tank is specified as a loaded tank, loaded quality is assured based on the tank quality data.
Before Unloading, expected receiving tank quality is calculated based on the ship quality.

Order and Result management : Order is either downloaded from ERP or manually input at terminal and validated if necessary information is provided and if the data given is appropriate. After operation the refulst is uploaded to ERP.
Master Data Management
Multiple Owner/Customer Management: Manage inventory of multiple owners and customers
Reporting: Daily/Monthly report can be configured to issue per product, customer, owner, etccan be prepared by choosing the necessary items. Bill of lading is printed after loading is completed.
ERP connectivity: TLSVP is integrated with ERP
Inventory Management with Loss/Gain Calculation: Book-physical inventory differences calculation per materials - History of inventory management per materials
Data Closing Function: Daily/Monthly data of inventory, delivered data, received data and loss/gain data are calculated and summarized (closed) at the defined time/data
Daily/Monthly Report: Closed data is printed out which was defined by using report format generation function at the defined time/data
Management for Bond System: Tax segregation is applied
Custody Meter Monitoring: Custody transfer meters are monitored for verification
