Registration

Course Schedule
All of our courses are designed to begin at 8:30 a.m. and finish at approximately 4:30 p.m. unless indicated otherwise in your confirmation letter. Please plan to arrive at Yokogawa no earlier than 8:00 a.m. When traveling from outside the area; please make appropriate travel arrangements that will allow you to attend the entire class. Times may vary by location.

Pricing
Pricing includes tuition and one set of related instruction manuals. The Education Center reserves the right to change all pricing without notice.

Payment
Please complete the required enrollment form and choose your method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards as well as Prepayment Checks and Purchase Orders. Pre-payment checks should be mailed to:

A confirmation of reservation will be given once enrollment and payment is received.

Additional Charges
When customized training classes are requested, additional expenses for course development may be applied. Pricing for on-site courses will include, expenses related to shipment of equipment (if required), instructor travel and lodging expenses, and a one time travel fee.

Attire
Casual business attire is strictly enforced throughout the duration of the course. It is our intent to conduct courses in a relaxed but professional atmosphere. Customers should wear jeans while remaining within acceptable levels of appearance. Jeans in disrepair, t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, micro miniskirts, short tops, halter tops, muscle tops, backless dresses and hats (except as required for sun protection) are not acceptable attire.

Travel Arrangements
Students are responsible for making their own travel and living arrangements. Although we do provide a list of area accommodations, we accept no liability for price changes, hotel reservations/confirmations, etc..

Cancellations
There will be no charge for cancellations received 11 or more working days before the scheduled start date of the class. No shows or cancellations received on or within 10 working days before the class begins will be charged the full course fee. We understand that situations arise that may make attendance on your preferred date impossible.

You may change the date of your attendance at any time by contacting the Training Coordinator. Subsequent class changes may be charged an administrative fee. A minimum of four students is required for the Yokogawa Education Center to conduct a course.

The Education Center reserves the right to cancel courses at least two weeks prior to the scheduled start date. Our liability is limited to the course fee.

Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs
If you are a person who requires special arrangements, including a special diet, please contact the Education Center at 1-800‐888‐6400 or trn@us.yokogawa.com; at least 5 days prior to the course training date. We will not be able to accommodate such a request on the day of the training course.

The Education Center training room temperature may vary, please wear layers of clothing for your comfort.

Language
All courses are conducted in English.

Smoking Policy
Yokogawa is a non-smoking facility.

Lunch
There will be an hour-long break for lunch.
