Temperature Controllers

Raise your site’s monitoring maintenance efficiency with an easy-to-read display and improved operability

Temperature controllers are used to maintain a constant temperature (the target) in furnaces and other equipment. Generally, they include a measured input indicator and a setpoint controller. They generate a control signal according to the difference between the indicated value (measured input) and target value, and adjust the temperature to match the target.
To measure the temperature, engineers can connect a variety of sensors such as thermocouples or RTDs. To adjust the temperature, the temperature controller can send relay output, current output (4–20 mA DC), or other kinds of output to the control element (such as a heater or valve). Temperature controllers can also be used in non-temperature applications such as flow or pressure, and such devices are called indicating controllers.

The UT35A and UT32A temperature controllers employ an easy-to-read, 14-segment large color LCD display, along with navigation keys, thus greatly increasing the monitoring and operating capabilities. A ladder sequence function is included as standard. The short depth of the controller helps save instrument panel space. The UT35A/UT32A also support open networks such as Ethernet communication.

The UT32A-D is a compact digital indicating controller with selectable 2-loop control. It also includes a ladder sequence function.

The UT32A-V,-C,-R is an easily configurable single-loop controller for 1/8 DIN sized.

The TC10 is a compact single loop temperature controller with an easy-to-read 3-color LED display. The shallow depth of the controller helps save to space. The TC10 supports easy configuration with codes for quick start-up.

The TC10-L is an FM approved limit controller that can be configured either as a high limit or as a low limit controller by a user.

Overview:

Any steel part subjected to sliding or rolling requires a hard surface (high carbon content) to resist surface wear. Since most steel parts need to be soft (low carbon content) to allow them to be formed (forged, stamped, cut, etc.) into their desired shape, the hard surface needs to be added after the part is formed.

Overview:

In many different types of industries and applications, measuring and controlling temperature is vital for ensuring quality and safe operations. Temperature controllers are used in research laboratories, product development centers, process plants and other industrial settings.

Overview:

Today's hybrid temperature controllers can replace a basic temperature controller, a mini-PLC and an operator interface terminal in many applications.  This cuts costs, saves space and simplifies systems by using one device to perform multiple functions.
