Notice Regarding Discontinuation of Service Parts for Old Models-2 (Jan 17, 2017)

To our valued customers

Please be advised of the discontinuation of the supply of service parts for old models of Gyrocompass, Autopilot, EM Log and others (as advised in June 2016). Please refer to the updated table below for details of the current situation as of January 2017.

As the table shows, more than 10 years have passed, since these models were last produced. For this reason, it has become very difficult to manufacture many of the parts for these models.

As shown in the above table, supply of service parts for the Gyrocompass D1/D3, CMZ100/200/300/250X/300X, ECDIS and GPS Compass has been discontinued. For customers using these models, we recommend considering a suitable response (such as replacement with an alternative model, etc.,) as soon as possible.
For any questions regarding the details of continued (or discontinued) models and replacement of these systems, please contact your nearest Yokogawa branch office, sales/service agent.
