When I access (FTP) the SMARTDAC+ GX/GP using Windows Explorer, the time stamp of files appears 9 hours different.

When I access (FTP) the SMARTDAC+ GX/GP using Windows Explorer, the time stamp of files appears 9 hours different.

This only happens during FTP, and the time stamp will be correct after download.
This may be a Windows related issue. See the Microsoft website.
