E&I Senior Construction Engineer - P1024

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Assist in Development of site mobilization plan and facilities requirements
• Establish Site Facilities/accommodation and material storage & handling procedures
• Planning and loading of skilled manpower, equipment and tools.
• Assistance in sub Contractor selection and job award.
• Lead Pre-Mobilization Kick-off meetings.
• Supervise the Project Site mobilization.
• Site team building and Training.
• Tools and Equipment handling, maintenance and preservation on site.
• Liaison with construction contractor and Engineering to resolve field discrepancies
• Monitor and control project progress to ensure project construction milestones are achieved.
• Initiate , monitor and liaise with procurement for timely deliveries.

• Ensure complete compliance of quality and safety procedures and manage quality & safety audits

Qualification and Experience :

• A Degree in Electrical or Instrument Engineering Field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Electrical/instrumentation construction out of which minimum 3 year experience in GCC/Saudi.
• Excellent people relations skills
• Effective time management and Project Management skills;
• Professional approach to junior/senior staff to maintain a disciplined work culture at office and site
• Well versed with International Engineering Standards and practices.
• Effective team building capabilities and ability to lead team in a tough environment.

E&I PROCUREMENT MANAGER - P2075

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain the existing Vendor/subcontractor database for E&I EPC projects
• Adopt and update the best practices of project procurement activities of the company
• Assist the Project management team to prepare and maintain the procurement plan for the projects to meet the Project schedule.
• Assist project Manager in preparing the cost control and projects Budgeting.
• Ensure cordial and respectful corporate relation ship with the vendors
• Manage the complete procurement cycle from RFQ's to warranty expiry for the project procurement Equipment
• Prepare the contract terms and conditions and clean purchase orders to vendors/subcontractors
• Ensure vendor compliance for timely completion of quote submittals, clarifications, invoices , documents by the vendors
• Liaise with the technical team, project team to ensure a clean process for selection of vendors for PO placement.
• Develop and Maintain good record keeping practices for easy generation of reports.
• Manage a good communication with the procurement staff across the corporate
• Manage good communications with related departments such as legal/ site offices/sales/finance

Qualification and Experience :

• Master in Business administration/ Master degree in commerce

• Minimum 10 years experience in Procurement out of which minimum 5 year experience in technical procurement in GCC/Saudi.
• Well versed with International Standards and practices of shipping/ customs/ export/ imports

Network Security Specialist - Unified Security Solutions (USS) Group - P2076

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• The Network Security engineer principal role is to lead initiatives to design and implement Cyber security architecture onto the manufacturing environment.
• Candidate should have experience and capability to test 3rd party devices on CENTUM DCS environment;
• Writing network security guideline specifications, design approach and documents, for project implementation
• Supporting the activities of the multinational engineering team with the project manager.

Qualification and Experience :

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering is a must (master/graduate degree preferred).
• At least 8 years' experience in IT industry and 2 years of Leading project experience Approximately 50% travel.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Anti-Virus, NAC, NMS, CISCO switches is preferred.
• The selected candidate will be task to implement Network Security Solutions based on Yokogawa's Best Practice guideline provided by YHQ (Japan). Candidate is expected to also support testing of any 3rd party devices for compliance to integrate onto Yokogawa's CENTUM DCS at Yokogawa's Saudi Arabia Security Test Lab.

ANALYZER TECHNICIAN - P1014

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Understand and troubleshoot analyzers sample conditioning systems.
• Review and recommend analyzers spare parts, and update analyzers documentation system.
• Interpret analyzers design changes and flow diagrams.
• Perform Analyzers calibration/adjustment.
• Perform Analyzers repair, adjustments and PM checks.
• Conduct Analyzers validations.
• Troubleshooting.
• Checking / setting analyzers' utilities operating condition.
• Overhaul analyzers during normal operation under the supervision of Analyzer Engineer.
• Analyzers sample conditioning system routine maintenance such as pumps, valves, actuators, flow meters, filters, etc.

Qualification and Experience :

• Shall possess a degree/diploma in digital or instrumentation field from a reputable Technical college, a certified electronic and digital training from certified institution or equivalent qualifications that reflect candidate capabilities to perform the work.
• Analyzer Technician shall have, as a minimum, three (3) - five (5) years of experience in Analyzer Maintenance work such as calibration, troubleshooting, adjustments, repairs and PM checks.
• Shall be able to utilize a computer and related analyzer hardware and software such as Analyzers workstations.
• Shall have sufficient experience in handling different models of analyzers used.

SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER - EP1017

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Preparation of Project Schedule and Manpower planning.
• Progress review, reporting and control.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly project progress reports and submission to customer.
• Review of subcontractor progress reports.
• Compilation and submission of Change Orders / Waivers / Concessions.
• Review meeting and co-ordination with various project teams for project progress and reporting matters.
• Preparation of project invoice and submission.
• Follow-up with customer for the payments.
• Review of subcontractor/ supplier invoices and maintaining Invoice and payment register.
• Prepare project reviews, studies and network analysis, progress & performance analysis and further recommend alternatives such as recovery program.
• Follow up in submittal and approval schedules for materials, drawings and sub-contractors. Also involve in reviewing, evaluating and contractor schedules & progress reports.
• Create progress measurement procedures of the project including determination of weight factors. Evaluate performance of sub-contractor project control systems for project teams.
• Develop planned & actual progress S-curve indicating the progress percentage based on earned value on a weekly & monthly basis.
• Preparation of Monthly Project Invoice and Submission
• Monitor and control project on weekly basis through the preparation of productivity report on discipline and cost code wise basis.
• Developing manpower histograms for the department and projects.
• Coordinate between all departments' personnel such as Department Manager, Project Director, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and QA/QC.
• Provide assistance to Department's Manager in the operations and develop periodic updates and comparison of current status with baselines.
• Liaise regularly with customer and also with suppliers / vendors.
• Develop base line construction schedule; and generate management & MIS reports on daily & weekly basis using Primavera Project Planner P3 or P6.
• Conversant with Critical Path Analysis, WBS, Schedule Impact and Delay Analysis.

Qualification and Experience :

• A Degree in Engineering Field.
• Minimum 8 years experience in Project Planning Scheduling and Project Control.
• PMP Training and Certification (preferable)
