SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST-GA1332

Responsibilities:

  • To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondences like Letters and Faxes.
  • Assisting Project, Department, and Division Managers in preparing letters and faxes.
  • Engineering Division General filing System management.
  • Maintaining and updating the Engineering Division Staff time sheet system.
  • Handling Stationary requests, Travel requests, Administrative requests and other requests.
  • Focal point for obtaining various approvals form Managers and further subsequent distribution.
  • Take and relay messages.
  • Provide information to callers.
  • Greet persons entering organization.
  • Direct persons to correct destination.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the field of Administration functions.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English ( Spoken and written).

  • Preferable Bahraini National.

HR SPECIALIST –GH1105

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment programs to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company’s business needs.
  • Coordinate with HR in Head Office to conduct annual employee performance appraisal.
  • Support the Payroll Group Leader to update and prepare the payroll reports on a monthly basis.
  • Follow procedures related to Expatriates working of company: visa, passport, work permits, medical expenses.
  • Responsible for preparation of transfer letters, promotion letters, salary correction letters, general office correspondences by liaising with the HR team.
  • Facilitate induction / orientation program for new employees as advised by recruitment Group Leader.
  • Responsible for preparation/ maintain of Personnel Files and archiving and leave management .
  • Responsible for collecting all relevant documents from New employees.

Education and Experience:

CONTRACT SPECIALIST –BG0108

The successful candidate shall be: An Arab, with an excellent English proficiency, under 30 years old, having a degree in Law (preferably with a diploma of international commercial law) with at least 5 years of experience in legal/contracts business with well-established organizations; and who can work efficiently with minimal supervision and ready for relocation.

& he/she must have the following minimum requirements:

  • Excellent skills of reviewing, checking and drafting contracts, agreements, tender documents and all other legal documents.

ANALYZER DESIGN ENGINEER –SP1035

Qualification and Experience:

  • Candidates should be B.E. or B.Tech. degree qualified, specialized in Electronics/Instrumentation/Chemical Engineering
  • With minimum 7  years experience in the design, engineering, startup, commissioning, maintenance and training on a diverse range of analyzers, and Process Gas Chromatographs in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry.
  • Must be fully conversant with the process applications, and able to design appropriate sampling systems, Trouble-shoot and resolve complex problems

SENIOR SALES ENGINEER –SP1034

Qualification and Experience:

  • candidate should have 5 to 7 years of  sales-related experience within the oil & gas industry and a good understanding of process control instruments .
  • Should be well-versed with all kinds of flow-meters, pressure and level transmitters with hands-on experience on sizing calculations, design and trouble-shooting, and adept in communication protocols.
  • Demonstrated, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications

 SALES ENGINEER –SP1032

  • Minimum of 5 years exposure to oil and gas projects, preferably with a minimum of 2 years as a scheduler planner on Primavera P3 planning software.
  • Should be well-versed with all kinds of flow-meters, pressure and level transmitters with hands-on experience on sizing calculations, design and trouble-shooting, and adept in communication protocols.
  • Demonstrated, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications .

INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR–SP1033

Qualification and Experience:

  • Candidates should be B.E. or B. Tech. degree-qualified, specialized in Electronics/Instrumentation.
  • With minimum 10 years experience in the design, startup, commissioning, service and training on Pressure Transmitters.
  • Should be well-versed with hands on experience in Transmitters Calibration Procedures.
  • Responsible for Pressure Transmitter Modification line.
  • Supervise /Carries out modification and testing of equipment through various stages as per plan and in line with process flow, checks adherence to all parameters before handing over transmitter for packing.

SCADA SERVICE ENGINEER-RP1042

Qualification and Experience:

  • Basic Qualification – Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation or Electronics.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in process industries-preferably Oil & Gas/Petrochemical.
  • Should have worked as Project/Service engineer on at least medium-sized SCADA project
  • Installation and commissioning Experience is preferable.
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills and thorough knowledge of standards and practices used in the industry.
  • Experience on SCADA projects involving responsibility of multi-vendor systems.

FIELD INSTRUMENT ENGINEER-RP1041

  • with minimum 5 years experience in the design, startup, commissioning, service and training on Field Instruments (FF & Hybrid) used in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry.

ADVANCED PROCESS CONTROL (APC) CONSULTANT / PLANT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (PIMS) CONSULTANT-EP1025

Qualification and Experience:

  • Candidate should BE specialized chemical engineer. Around 5 yrs experience in implementation of APC application hands on experience.
  • Should have worked on SMOC & RQE software.
  • For PIMS must have quantum & Pi system knowledge and hands on experience

PLANNING ENGINEER –EB0013/13

  • Minimum of 5 years exposure to oil and gas projects, preferably with a minimum of 2 years as a scheduler planner on Primavera P3 planning software.
  • Project Baseline is set up therefore initial training/handover will be given.

LEAD PROJECT ENGINEER-EB0023/13

  • Minimum of 3 years in a project management position/environment with project life cycle and project management best practices. Member of PMI or APM.

CONSTRUCTION/SITE MANAGER-EB0033/13

  • Minimum of 10 years multi-discipline experience on major engineering projects in Oil & Gas, preferably off-shore.
  • Strong written / reporting and verbal communication skills.
  • PC Literacy in basic software packages e.g. Microsoft Office.
  • Effective leadership and motivational skills.
  • Fully experienced with using MS Project and/or Primavera P3.
  • Reporting to the relevant Project Manager the individual will be required to ensure all construction delivery objectives are met in line with the Project Execution Plan and Integrated Management System, and manage all construction activities on site with respect to client and company standards.

Each role requires a BSc or BEng degree preferably in Elec/Electronics, Instrumentation or Project Management, at least 5 years exposure to oil and gas projects,  ISO 9000 exposure, ability to understand project constraints and critical tasks, maintain S-curves actual progress versus planned, preparing monthly presentations, generate/check/monitor weekly/monthly progress reports, experienced with using MS Project and/or Primavera P3, must be a team player, ‘fire-fighter’ and able to travel frequently to Qatar.

 Advanced Process Control (APC) Consultant  -EB0043/13-

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years work experience in the related field.
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Ability to identify potential areas and benefits for applying Advanced Process Control for various process units and specify the hardware/software architecture to carry out implementation.

  • Carry out APC & MVC implementations starting from Control Definition, Functional Specifications, Detailed Engineering, Plant Testing, Modeling, Integration and Commissioning.

  • Multiple project co-ordination and provision of technical and managerial support for the successful completion of large APC & MVC projects for various process units, as well as the ability to lead a team of APC consultants.

  • Provide advisory and maintenance support including carrying out modifications to the control strategies to ensure higher up time and carry out the required training of plant operators in the use of APC.

  • To have commissioned APC Controllers in refining, petrochemical and polymer process units.

process Simulation & Operator Training Simulator (OTS) Consultant- EB0053/13
Degree in Chemical Engineering  

Plant Information Management Systems (PIMS) Consultant –EB0063/13-
Degree in Engineering or Computer Science  

Each role requires a minimum 2 - 3 Years of working experience in the related field. Ability to carry out OTS implementations starting from System Definition, Functional Specifications, Detailed Engineering, Modeling, Integration and Commissioning.  Excellent presentation & communications skills, and business development skills.  Ability to carry out PIMS & MES implementations starting from System Definition, Functional Specifications, Detailed Engineering, Modeling, Integration and Commissioning. Experienced multiple project co-ordination and to provide technical and managerial support for the successful completion of large MES projects for various process units, as well as to be able to lead a team of OTS consultants.  

 DCS System Sales EngineerEB0073/13 

Engineering graduate with 5 to 10 years experience in DCS Sales for Oil & Gas industries in areas like Proposal preparation, drafting technical response, technical presentation / hands on demonstration. He should also have good domain knowledge and fair understanding of industry standards like Open Systems, OPC, MODBUS, Foundation Fieldbus, Intrinsic safety requirements etc. Also he is expected to be familiar with DCS specification for any Oil major. The job involves extensive traveling both inside and outside Middle East.  

Safety System Sales EngineerEB0083/13 

Engineering graduate with 5 to 8  years experience in technical Sales for ESD and Fire & Gas systems to Oil & Gas Industry. He should have sound exposure to Safety standards like TUV, IEC, SIL etc.  Also he is expected to be familiar with safety system specifications and should be capable of preparing technical response. The job involves extensive traveling both inside and outside Middle East.

Project Manager – SCADA Solutions – EB0093/13

Engineering graduate with 10 to 15 years experience in Industry and proven track record in Project Management functions with strong leadership and team building capability. He should be familiar with contract management, sub-contracting, Design control, Resource Management and Cash Flow Management. The successful candidate is also expected to be familiar with SCADA requirements, RTU specification, Networking standards etc.

Project Engineer – SCADA Solutions – EB0103/13

Engineering graduate with 4 to 7 years experience in Industry and proven track record in project and system engineering functions related to SCADA and RTU applications. He should have a sound technical background of SCADA architecture and also should be well versed in interface protocols and networking standards.

 OTS Engineer - P1009  

  • A Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in the dynamic simulation of oil and gas, refinery and chemical processes.
  • Experience of Operator Training Simulators and dynamic process simulation studies

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING PROJECTS AUDITOR – QMC0023/13

  • A Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years experience in engineering projects auditing.
  • ISO 9001 Certified Auditor on Quality & preferably on HSE.
  • QC Analysis and statistical techniques.
  • Auditing principles and good communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct projects’ auditing and evaluation in meeting standard practice and YME-QMS & HES. Develop and implement projects’ auditing program for all YME-Projects on all levels and types of projects. Schedule all projects plans and conduct Quality & HSE audits. Prepare analysis and risk assessment reports on projects as required. Conduct suppliers and vendors auditing on project basis.

PLANNING CO-ORDINATOR -CPB0013/13

We are looking for a high performing Planning Coordinator to join and support our Corporate Planning Dept. In addition to working in a dynamic, innovative and multi-cultural environment, the candidate should have excellent planning related analyses and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides day to day support to the Planning Manager in all strategic planning activities related to Balance Scorecard implementation and monthly reporting.

  • Assist with budget planning and periodic review.
  • Assist with the planning, procedure preparation and promotion of the Information Security Management System
  • General process reviews, weekly and monthly reporting and performing ad hoc data analyses for the Planning Dept.

Requirements:

  • Previous Middle East experience is preferred with a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a planning role.

  • A good knowledge of budgeting and financial systems is required in regard to the analysis and interpretation of financial data.
  • Knowledge of a variety of computer software programs and/or systems is required; experience using e-mail, spreadsheets and database management with particular emphasis on MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with management and staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER – IT001/23

MUST BE BAHRAINI NATIONAL

  • Windows Desktop OS = Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP Professional.

  • Active Directory Infrastructure (at least some exposure to).
