High Sensitivity Laser Spectrometer TDLS5500

TDLS5500 is trace gas analyzer by OFCEAS (Optical Feedback Cavity Enhanced Absorption Spectroscopy) Technology and LPS (Low Pressure Sampling). It is also a computerized device that measures the amount of gas contained in the process in real time.

The optical resonator structure makes the effective path length long (up to 30 km) and realizes ultra-high sensitivity.

The interactions within the gas are reduced by low pressure sampling. This eliminates the effects of cross-sensitivity and false positives.
