(*1) The DeviceViewer is a graphical display for device parameter and device diagnostics information. It is a common viewer for both Yokogawa and non-Yokogawa devices. Yokogawa prepares a configuration file for device suppliers as an open integration tool to connect devices with the DeviceViewer. Yokogawa provides a configuration file which is written in text file format to device suppliers with a contract at no cost. Device suppliers are requested to fill in the form and then to send it back to Yokogawa to be checked. The DeviceViewer is available for both FOUNDATION™ fieldbus devices and HART devices.
