I set up the SMARTDAC+ GX/GP series' SLMP communication, but communication isn't working. When I look under Factor in the SLMP Communication Status screen and the SLMP Log screen, ERROR: 4031 appears in a yellow diamond.

I set up the SMARTDAC+ GX/GP series' SLMP communication, but communication isn't working. When I look under Factor in the SLMP Communication Status screen and the SLMP Log screen, ERROR: 4031 appears in a yellow diamond.

SLMP communication errors appearing in yellow are all error code responses from the PLC side. ERROR 4031 is a “CPU device specification” error. Check whether the specified device is within the range. Note that SLMP device start numbers are specified in hexadecimal.
