On Hardware Configurator I'm trying to open setup data for the SMARTDAC+ GX/GP/GM series (GNL extension) but I get the message, "E011 The file is invalid."

On Hardware Configurator I'm trying to open setup data for the SMARTDAC+ GX/GP/GM series (GNL extension) but I get the message, "E011 The file is invalid."

E011 appears when the version of Hardware Configurator is old, or does not support the main unit's firmware version. Check the version, and if old, upgrade it. You can download the latest version of the software on the Help tab under “Web to update.”
