Overview:

Weir-type flow volume calculation using the M series Free Programmable MXS (or VJXS) Computing Units

Can I change the burnout operation?
(ns-faq-juxta-11001-spec)
This is possible if it is a microprocessor type converter. You will need a handy terminal to make the change. (VJR6, VJT6, VJS2, MR6, MT6, MS2, and others cannot be changed.)
F and W series: dedicated 3-pin cable D series: dedicated 5-pin cable VJ, J, and M series computation unit: 5-pin cable + modular conversion (E9786WH, sold separately).
If it is a model that allows range changes, it is possible just like from a JHT200. However, the type of cable is different from the one that comes standard, so you will need to purchase another cable. 3-pin cable: model F9182ED 5-pin cable: model F9...
Can I change the range on the MQ0?
(ns-faq-juxta-11004-spec)
No, you can't change the range after purchase. The compact VJQ7 model does allow you to change ranges, but this requires a setting tool that is sold separately.
Can I change the range on the VJT6?
(ns-faq-juxta-11005-spec)
No, you can't change the range after purchase. The compact VJU7 model does allow you to change ranges, but this requires a setting tool that is sold separately.
How do I change settings?
(ns-faq-juxta-11006-setting)
Using the following settings tool, you can change the settings listed in the user's manual that came with the conditioner. Handy Terminals JHT-100 and JHT-200 BRAIN terminal BT200 (requires cable, sold separately) VJ77 Parameter Setting Tool...
What are the merits of plugin conditioners?
(ns-faq-juxta-11007-select)
They have the following advantages: Because you can separate the conditioner from the socket, panel work can proceed even without the conditioner. You can remove or replace the conditioner simply by plugging a new one in, so maintenance is easy. ...
The resistance is 250 Ω (4–20 mADC). However some computing units also have 100 Ω input.
You specify it for current pulse input. The resistance you specify depends on the specifications of the transmitter (mainly the rated current of the open collector). The internal load resistances are 200 Ω, 500 Ω, and 1 kΩ, and 0.5 ...
For example, if the specification of the open collector on the output side is 30 V/30 mA, use an internal load resistance of 1 kΩ (with a 24 V transmitter power supply). This results in a 0/24 mA current pulse.
IPTS-68: This is an international standard from 1968 where R100/R0=1.3850 that was used by the JIS from 1989 to 1997, but currently it is not in use. ITS90: An international standard from 1990 where R100/R0=1.3851, and used by the JIS from 1997 to th...
The input impedance of typical voltage input type instruments is 1 MΩ. By contrast, the allowable load impedance for voltage output is 2 kΩ or more, therefore the maximum number of units that can be connected is 500.
The input impedance of typical current input type instruments is 250 MΩ. By contrast, the allowable load impedance for current output is 750 kΩ or more, therefore the maximum number of units that can be connected is 3.
What does response speed **ms(10-90%) mean?
(ns-faq-juxta-11019-other)
It means the time until the output reaches 63% when input is applied in 10 Ω 90% steps.
A 90% response time is equivalent to 2.3 times the duration of a 63% response time.
What does "time constant" mean?
(ns-faq-juxta-11021-term)
In the case of conditioners, time constant reflects the response speed. In terms of a transfer function, it is expressed as OUT=INΩ(1-e EXP(-t/T)). OUT: output, IN: input, e: natural log, T: time constant, t: elapsed time When the elapsed time...
The total resistance ≥ zero side resistance + span resistance.
What is the output on burnout?
(ns-faq-juxta-11023-spec)
When UP, 106% of the output range or more; when DOWN, -6% or less.
What happens on a "burnout OFF"?
(ns-faq-juxta-11024-spec)
When input is interrupted it reaches ±OVER, but which of these is uncertain.
The F series has 30 steps. The W series has 40 steps. The M/VJ series has 59 steps.
On the M series you can select 50, 100, or 200 ms. On the F, W, and VJ series you can select 100 or 200 ms. (The VJXS can support 50 ms.)
It is with plug-in types. It is also sold separately.
A distributor for the V series (VJA1/H), and a distributor (DA7) and isolator (DC7) for the D series are available.

As the orientation affects heat dissemination, it cannot be horizontal.
It’s model T9093FL. The VJ socket is built with holes for screws that prevent falling off, therefore an Omron socket cannot be used.
JUXTA VJ series is not a CCC standard scope. Some models of the VJ series have acquired GB standard and can be used in China. Please contact us for applicable models. ...
Because the RS-485 communication on output 2 is reserved for I/O or error status monitoring, it cannot be used to write parameters.
As our lightning arresters are not explosion proof, they cannot be used in the configuration of instruments you described.
The black knob on the front panel is the screw that secures the main unit. Turn it counterclockwise to loosen, then remove the unit.
Yes. Wire it without using the included resistor.
We have pulse repeaters such as the VJP1, and VJP8.
It is shipped with factory default settings. Alarm types and values should be set by the user with a handy terminal or the VJ77 parameter setting tool.
Short with a 250 Ω resistor (rated power of 0.25 W or more). If you don't have a resistor, a simple short is fine.
