I’m using the SMARTDAC+ GX/GP advanced security model (/AS). The electronic Signature (signing) of the Universal Viewer is unavailable, and I can't sign. What should I do? In the GX/GP settings, I set the signing type to "Batch units."

For data acquired when the GX/GP signing type is “Batch units," sign all data files saved from recording start to recording stop together.
Check whether you’ve placed all measured data files from recording start to recording stop in a single folder.
