This process pH/ORP sensor features a reinforced PPS resin body that provides excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and mechanical strength. ​

Developed based on many years of proven performance and field experience, it delivers stable and reliable measurement across a wide variety of applications, including quality control in manufacturing processes, medium-sized wastewater treatment plants, and various pH/ORP control systems. ​

The glass electrode and liquid junction can be replaced individually with ease, offering excellent maintainability and a highly cost-effective solution.

    With the detachable-cable sensor, the sensor can be easily removed from the cable. By simply replacing the sensor with a pre-calibrated one on site and entering the setting data into the Analyzer, on-site cleaning and calibration are no longer required each time. This helps reduce the maintenance workload and lowers operational burden.​ ​
  • Quick Start-up at Installation for Improved Installation Efficiency   NEW!​
    pH sensors with pH calibration setting data attached eliminate the need for initial calibration. Calibration work during on-site installation can be omitted, enabling quick and easy start-up.​

    The sensor body is made of reinforced PPS engineering plastic, offering corrosion and heat resistance comparable to fluoropolymer (PTFE), while providing excellent mechanical strength. This robust design enables reliable use across a wide variety of applications.​

    Only the electrode components can be replaced, allowing long-term and economical operation while reducing environmental impact.​
    Replaceable parts include the glass electrode for pH sensors, the platinum (or gold) electrode for ORP sensors, and the liquid junction. There is no need to discard and replace the entire sensor body as long as it remains usable.​
