Yokogawa’s Safety System is a TUV SIL3 certified device in a single Input-CPU-Output module configuration. Higher availability is achieved by making modules redundant. Our Safety System training begins with an introduction to Safety Fundamentals followed by an extensive engineering procedures which covers safety interlocks, inter-station communication, integration to DCS and maintenance procedures.
A safety system hardware which can be integrated to an actual DCS hardware and HMI is available. Participants will be equipped with confidence to perform engineering and maintenance of safety system even in online plant.
