What do "initial balancing" (EXEC) and "initialization" (INIT) of the strain input channels mean?

  • When measuring strain with initial balancing (EXEC), measurement is performed using the state with the gauge connected as a reference criterion. Therefore, you must balance the bridge with the gauge connected. This balancing is called initial balancing.
  • Initialization (INIT) means to restore the value of the internal bridge to its initial state. Through initialization, you can determine the gauge induced change.
