Typical example of process is:
Reactor used is GLASS LINED REACTOR and length is 1950 mm; and flange size 100 mm split flange with 8 holes PCB (fixing hole center to center) 190 mm; flange outer to outer 225 mm; flange extension pipe (Nozzle) ID 95 mm.
Nature of fluid: Aqueous media Operating temp & pressure: 30°C temp & atmosphere pressure Area classification - Example Zone 1 / Zone 2 Nozzle ID: 95 mm.
