I'm recording display data at a scan interval of 125 msec. If I open the files in the viewer the data interval is 0.5 seconds, but can I see the data in 125 msec intervals?

The fastest save interval for display data is 0.5 seconds
(with the waveform update interval set to 15 s/div). If you want to save the data at 125 msec intervals, you'll need to use event data.
